Ratatouille Blu-ray Question

question for the Ratatouille blu ray: In Canada are all versions of the Blu ray availible with English text in the movie (such as the gust eau newspaper/magazine adds on the tv at the beginning) or is it all in french because its canada? I say this because I have the DVD version and all text in the movie is in French (the actual dialogue etc is still in english). I rented a copy of the blu ray from jumbo video and its text is in english but i am just wondering if ALL canadian versions feature the english text on the blu ray version?
