So, a new Disney Infinity game is coming soon, featuring Star Wars. All of the old characters work on this new game, which is good.

I dunno how to feel about this. I loved the first one and didn't even bother to try the second one because it was all Marvel and I read many bad things about it.

What are your thoughts on the upcoming Disney Infinity game?

I've gotta be honest. I get the figures because I'm a Disney fan, I don't even own the game. Disney 3.0 will have Tron characters and more Mickey Mouse, so I can't wait to get my hands on them. I'm hoping they make a Goofy figure so I can put him next to Donald and Sorcerer Mickey.

I was interested in picking up Disney Infinity 2.0 from a game point of view, but the over emphasis on Marvel and not enough actual Disney characters put me off. 3.0 looks to be the same except with Star Wars which doesn't interest me. I'd love more throwbacks to the classic Disney films/tv shows, but Infinity is clearly marketed towards the kids of today first and the fans of yesterday second.

Maybe if 4.0 has far more from the Disney side and is a good game then I'll give it more attention, but so far from a game and content point of view Disney Infinity 3.0 doesn't interest me.
