~A Surprise Visit to an epic world! The Birth of the Dragon Ball Heroes!~

 

"YUKI!! Come on, hurry up! We're wasting time!" Yumai yelled to her brother from outside, standing just a few feet from the house. She had her hands on her hips and tapped her foot, showing she was "patiently" waiting for her younger brother, Yuki, to get ready and come outside.

Yuki's head then popped out from the highest window. "Okay! I'll be there in a minute!" Yuki yelled back to Yumai, bringing his head back in. He was in his room looking for the cards that he needed to play this arcade game. He frantically looked everywhere, from under his bed to the closet. But unaware he was to keep his sister Yumai. "HURRY UP OR I'M COMING UP THERE!!" Yuki cringed at the hearing of Yumai's yelling voice. "GIVE ME A BREAK!" Yuki yelled back. Then he felt his left pocket.....That was the card. "Oh.....Crap." He said, worried about keeping his sister waiting.

 

"Well, it's about time brother!" Yumai said, walking with Yuki to a building. "Hey, I thought I lost my card! You know I can't play without it!" Yuki said, trying to defend himself. "Well Yuki, learn well that you should NEVER keep a lady waiting." Yumai responding.

"You call yourself a lady...." Yuki muttered to himself.

"Did I hear you?" Yumai asked? "NOTHING!" Yuki quickly said. 

"Well, I'd be happy to tell you why." A familiar voice said. The Tosaka Siblings turned around to see Trunks smiling. "Trunks!" They both ran up to him and asked ALOT of questions. "Why are we here? What is this place?  Why are we like this? Who did this?"

"Please! Please! Calm down! I'll answer all of your questions. In the meantime, it's time to explain."

"Well, yeah. Would be nice for everything to make sense." Yumai said.

"You could say that again." he said.

"Now first off, this is the Time Nest. It's where we make sure that everything in the timelines go correctly and are not disturbed in any way. That's the Supreme Kai of Time's job." Yumai's eyes sparkled a bit. " *gasp* Ooo! The Supreme Kai of Time! She's my favorite! She looks so cute and pretty!" She commented.

" *sigh* That Supreme Kai is like my sister's idol, really." Yuki said to Trunks, who was nervously chuckling. "Yeah, I can see. Anyways, back to the explanation at hand. The reason why you're here is because that there's trouble arising. All of the villains in the Dragon Ball Universe are suddenly starting to get stronger and are planning to break out of this world and into yours."

"WHAT!? How??" The siblings asked at the same time.

"So long story short, you know that me, Goku, Gohan, my father Vegeta, and other warriors have defeated these fiends. But if they defeat us.....Then the barrier will be broken." Trunks paused for a moment. "So we needed more assistance to help out with the cause. We needed to communicate to the other world. And that's where you guys come in. You guys are some of the best players in the game. So we needed you. To become heroes."

 

"Wow.....This. Is. EPIC! Us fighting bad guys and doing good! Heh heh heh! I'm already getting excited!" Yuki said, jumping up and down.

"It does seem like a serious thing for you guys to handle.....Sure! Count me in! Besides, somebody's gotta watch my brother." Yumai said.

"And I've gotta look after both of them." he said, chuckling.  "So I'm in too."

"Great! Then it's settled. Now in order for you to be strong enough to fight these guys, we need to do some training." Trunks said.

"And when is that?" Yuki asked, with his red tail swinging back and forth.

"Today!" A feminine voice said from the giant building. Yumai's eyes was filled with sparkles and joy. It was the Supreme Kai of Time.

"Oh! Um, guys, this is the Supreme Kai of Time! She's a very important person!" Trunks said while the Kai was walking down the stairs.

"Nice to meet you." Tora said bowing to her.

"It's nice to meet you all!" Supreme Kai of Time said, happily smiling. But then her face was covered by a yellow feathered bird named TokiToki.

"Kiii!"

"Oh no....Not again." Trunks said. "Really? You do this every single time, it's not funny!" Supreme Kai of Time yelled out, making TokiToki fly off and to the new trio. It landed on Yuki's arm. "Hey there, TokiToki! Heh Heh!"

TokiToki then flew to Yumai, who petted him. "Awww!" She giggled a little. And finally TokiToki landed on Tora's head, sitting.

"Hah hah hah! Looks like TokiToki's made a nest out of you, Tora!" Yuki said laughing.

Tora gently lifted TokiToki off his head and said "My head is neither a nest nor an egg, so please don't sit on it."  With that, he let TokiToki fly off.

"Kii! Kii!" TokiToki flied to his perch near the pond. " *sigh* Sometimes, I don't understand that bird." SKT said, then focused her attention back on the newcomers. "Anyways, we're going to train in order to face off against those bad guys. But first we need to test your skills."

"And how, pray tell, are we going to do that?" Yuki asked.

"Well......We'll have a test tournament!" SKT said.

"A Test Tournament?" The Siblings and Trunks asked.

"And what exactly is a test tournament?" Tora asked.  "Who will we be facing against?"

"It's just a little thing I came up with. I'm pretty sure you all know how this world works, but can you adapt in it is the question." SKT said. "You all will be battling a different fighter at the same time on the same stage. We will examine how well you do and how powerful you are."

"Um....What haven't we talked about this?" Trunks said, rubbing the back of his head. "Cause I just wanted to reveal it when the time is right! Heh heh!"

"So who will we be fighting?" Yuki asked.

"Well, you see that panel over there?" S.K.T pointed to the panel that was next to her house. It looks just like the card panel. "That's your ticket to the different places of this world. Just get on it and you'll be sent to that specific place!" 

"I see." Tora said, walking over to it.  "It looks just like the card panel for the arcade game back in our world."

"Well, it kinda makes sense. How else would the characters go to each place?" Yuki said walking towards as well.

"True, true......I'm kinda nervous actually." Yumai said. "I mean, who's going to believe us when we tell this story?"

"There isn't really anyone who would believe us.  We go to the police and they'll laugh at us, say we play too many video games." Tora said.  "We're the only ones who can deal with this."

"Right! So we'll just give it our all!" Yuki said right before jumping onto the panel followed by Yumai, who was seemingly praying.

Tora was the last one to jump onto the panel.

"Good luck you guys!" S.K.T. said before the panel started to light up and transported the soon-to-be-heroes.

 

~World Tournament Stage~

 

Soon the group found themselves at the World Tournament Stage, but one difference.....No one is here. "Hey....Where is everyone? Usually this place is packed." Yumai said.

"Maybe it's because it's a simulation." he said.

"Could be. But it does feel kinda lonely when no one's here to watch us. So who are we going to train with?" Yuki said.

 

"That would be us!"

3 figures of different sizes walked out of the entrance door to the stage. These 3 were....Teen Gohan, Pan, and finally....Piccolo. "We'll be your opponents." Teen Gohan said.

"Woah....Gohan, Pan, and Piccolo! How cool!" Yuki said with excitement.

"So, who fights who?" he asked.

"I call Gohan!" Yuki exclaimed.

"I'll take on Pan!" Yumai exclaimed as well.

"Well, that went quicker than expected. Guess that just leaves you and me." Piccolo said with his arms crossed.

"Alright! Let's start this thing!" Pan said, eager as ever.

 

All of the fighters were lined up with their opponent. "And.....GO!!!" Teen Gohan yelled out, charging at Yuki while Pan did the same with Yumai, but Piccolo stood still instead. Yuki and Yumai both jumped back at the same time trying to avoid the first hit.

Tora cracked his knuckles, smirking behind his mask.  "I'm ready when you are." he said, taking a stance.

"Hmph." Piccolo the dashed towards Tora, launching a kick to his side!

 

Yuki shook his head to focus and launched a few punches at Gohan, who managed to dodge them, but when Yuki did a forward kick, Gohan was hit and pushed back a little. "Good! Keep it up!" Gohan complemented.

 

However, Yumai was in a little predicament. She was really trying her best to dodge all of Pan's fast punches that she couldn't be able to attack yet! Oh, boy...What do I do? she thought.

Tora blocked the kick, grabbing Piccolo's other leg with his tail and throwing him up in the air.  "If I'm of the Frieza race, I should be able to do this!" he said, firing a Death Beam from his index finger.

Piccolo quickly vanished and reappeared in the air, dodging the Death Beam. "I see you're a fast learner. Impressive." Piccolo said with a grin.

 

"Come on! Fight back already!" Pan said, possibly whining. With that comment, it reminded Yumai of Yuki, so she quietly growled and blocked the punch with her hand and punched her very far, stretching her arm out right into the wall! Her arm did come back to regular length and of course, out of the dust, Pan came back too with a kick to the face, but was blocked by Yumai's pigtails, holding Pan's leg. "How's this for fighting back?" Yumai said before throwing Pan diagonally up in the air.

 

Yuki was really going at it, rapidly launching punches and kicks towards Gohan, with a few just barely hitting him! Then Yuki span around and hit Gohan with his red tail in the face! But Gohan counter attacked with a punch back, blowing Yuki away! But the Red tailed Saiyan was lucky enough to skid and stop at the edge of the stage.
