Taking place 6 months after the recent events of Pixels, teenagers of different ages with pixelated creatures they call "Pixel Buddies" are brought into a chaotic event. Because of a Pixel blocked being left behind after the invasion and was brought into an arcade building thanks to one of the kids, arcade games from all around have come to life and have started to invade! Now it's up to the kids and Pixel Buddies to end this once and for all!-Chris and Donkey Kong Junior-"Aww, you beat me again!" Chris said, playing Super Smash Bros. for 3DS against his Pixel Buddy, Donkey Kong Jr. who was laughing because he won. They were sitting on the sidewalk in front of their home, which was a short 2-Story house. On the game, DK Jr. had beat Chris's Luigi with his Donkey Kong. "Yay! Papa wins!" Donkey Kong Jr. yelled out, beating his chest. "Hey, careful with that 3DS Junior. We only have that other one." Chris said, then chuckled and shook his head making his short brown hair fly through the air a little. He didn't mind DK Junior winning. He was just a pixelated monkey who is the son of an Ape who climbed all the way to the top of a building carrying a woman and then got captured by that woman's boyfriend, but was saved and then broke into a greenhouse releasing all types of bugs.....Yeah. He's Donkey Kong's son alright. Chris was actually glad to have a buddy like him. He put his hands on his knees and then got up. "Come on, DK Junior. Let's get ready so we can get to the arcade with the others." The 15 year old said, closing his 3DS and walking back to the house. "Okay!" Junior eagerly said. The little strong monkey wearing a undershirt with the letter "J" on it ran up to catch up to Chris.-Tyler and Roll-Tyler, a black, athletic, 14 1/2 year old was just laying on his couch reading a magazine on the latest in celebrity news. It was rare because....Well....He never did that! Probably because he was bored at the moment. During his reading, the blonde, robotic, pixelated girl named Roll was just sweeping the floor with her broom, humming happily. She would do this kind of thing all the time because she really likes to clean! A lot! She was smiling and sweeping until her broom hit the couch. She tapped Tyler on the shoulder. "Tyler? Could you get off the couch for a moment?" She asked."Why?" Tyler said, still reading. "Because I need to clean under there! Please?" Roll asked nicely. "But I don't want to leave! This couch is comfy. And there is nothing you can say that will make me move!" Tyler stated,turning the page. Roll took a deep breath. "Okay. Have it your way." She said. She calmly walked away. Then after moments, came back with a vacuum cleaner, came behind the couch, and just lifted the couch with her one hand! Tyler finally stopped reading and looked down. "Roll! Wh-What are you doing?""It's a win-win! You get to stay on the couch and I get to clean under here!" She said, turning on the vacuum cleaner, still holding the couch with one hand. "And how long is this going to be?" Tyler yelled over the vacuum's noise. "Ohh...About a while!" She replied yelling. Tyler laid back on couch, worried. But this was just the only pet peeve he had against living with Roll. She will clean anything immediately, even him!....But that's another story. He didn't expect that when he touched the Q-Bert kid with that Mega Man cartridge, it would transform into Roll. At first, he was pleased with. But slowly started to get annoyed, but not too annoying. She was more like a sister than a Pixel Buddy.

"Are you really going to get beaten by a girl?" Roll teased as she was facing off against Tyler in Street Fighter with him as Ken and her as Chun-Ling.(I think that's her name....) "There is no way I am going to get beat up by the likes of-....Crap." That was all he could say when the match was over. "So uh....You were saying?" Roll said, smiling because she won. "........I went easy on you." Tyler commented. "2 out of 3?"

"Okay Ty. Knock yourself out. Before I do that is. Heh!" Roll joked as she was putting another quarter in.

Benjamin smiled softly as he got her another Chaos Emerald. Sometimes getting those Emeralds were really hard. And with Sonic cheering him on the victories were so much sweeter.

Sonic jumped up and down excitedly, cheering Ben all the way. "~!"

"@%!#" Was all that could be read when another life was lost on the Q*Bert game. "Aw man!" A kid said getting a game over on it and walked away, giving Chris the chance to play. "Ah Q*Bert. The childhood game involving a little orange creature who happens to be foul mouth jumping on color switching blocks. That game...In a nutshell." Chris commented walked towards the game with Junior by him. "That's what me and the other Pixels were before!" Junior said, jumping over to the cabinet. He still remembered the days when he used to be Q*Bert. Just bouncing around all over the house. Now he was the offspring of a Kong. Donkey Kong Junior. And he wouldn't have any other way. "Yup. You were a cute little guy then. But either Q*Bert or Junior, you're still my pal." Chris said before putting in a quarter, starting the game. "Let's see if I can get a high score buddy!"

"Yeah! Ooh! Ooh! High Score!"

Although Junior didn't notice it, the jar with the Pixel block in it had fallen out of his shirt and was rolling off throughout the arcade! But luckily, with some very close calls, nobody tripped over it or even noticed it! But not for any longer....

Benjamin was completely immersed in his game before he felt something tap his feet. It was the pixel block and it only continued to roll away. Immediately his eyes widened in alarm and Benjamin immediately left the game and went to go find Chris. There was so many people, it took him a while to find his friend. As soon as he did he rapidly tugged his sleeve and pointed into the direction where the block went.

Meanwhile Sonic wasn't even paying attention; he was too interested in his game. It was just a pixel block. What could it do?

Chris had just finished the first stage of Level 2 on Q*Bert when Ben had gotten his attention. He looked down to see his friend looking like there was something to be worried about...

"What's wrong Ben?" Chris asked, starting to get worried.

That was when Junior checked his shirt and found out that the block was gone. Gone. That must be what Ben was trying to say! Junior had a look of worry and panic. He thought of Chris found out he had lost the block, Chris wouldn't trust him anymore. Junior had to hide this, so he jumped up, catching Chris's attention. "Eh heh heh! Don't worry Chris! I'll go and uh, help out Ben with his problem! No need to worry! Eh heh..." Junior said with a nervous laugh. "Um...Okay, if you say so Junior." Chris said going back to his game. Then Junior immediately asked Ben, "Where is it? I know I lost it, but I don't want Chris to know! Where did it go?" He said with a look of worry.

Benjamin shook his head as Junior dragged him away, deeply upset that he wasn't going to tell Chris. As soon as Junior let him go Benjamin waved his hands around and pointed towards some of the older cabinets on the side. He reached down into his pocket to take out his notebook. Benjamin rapidly wrote in it.

'Tell Chris!' It read. 'Someone could get hurt!'

Junior shivered at this idea. Tell Chris? That's the one thing he's trying to avoid! "I know, but....But I don't want to lose Chris's trust! If he finds out I lost it, I may not be a good friend to him anymore!" Junior said, looking worried.

 

Meanwhile, the jar kept rolling and rolling, with block trying to get out! Then, it made little jumps off the ground, but not that high....For now at least.

Benjamin had somewhat of a hard time reading Junior's lips she to how fast he was talking. Despite that he was somewhat able to keep up.

'You'll be his friend no matter what!' Ben argued in his notepad. 'He'll be more upset if you hide the truth from him!' He was about to write more, before he noticed the jar jumping around. Ben pointed right to it and shouted in a fit of panic; "Look!"

"Ohh..." Junior was starting to get worried. When he saw that the jar was starting to jump around, he knew things would start to get worse. He knew what he had to do....

"Chris! Chris!" Junior called out, running to him at the Q*Bert arcade. "What's wrong Junior?....Is it about-?"

"It is! It somehow slipped out of my shirt and now look!" Junior pointed to some of the people exclaiming about the bouncing jar. "Oh man, oh man, this is bad! Junior, come on!" Chris said, immediately running towards the crowd.

Benjamin couldn't be more relieved that Junior decided to tell Chris. Despite that Benjamin couldn't relax too soon due to the jar that continued to bounce. He ran rift over to Sonic and dragged him away from the game, who in turned stomped his feet and poured.

"...!!" Sonic exclaimed with a pout. Benjamin pointed towards the jar. Sonic sighed and ran right for it.

The jar continued to bounce higher and higher, just about enough to where many people could see it! Chris and Junior were worried, until they were found by Tyler and Roll. "What the hell is going on!?" Tyler exclaimed.

"Okay, we found this Pixel block in the forest, then we placed in a jar, then the jar got away, and now it's bouncing away!" Junior said.

"And if that thing gets out....Come on!" Chris said, running after the jar as well, followed by the others. But it was so hard to maneuver around this giant crowd! Will they ever catch up? "Sorry Chris...." Junior said sadly. He though it was his fault for losing the jar.

Benjamin felt helpless on catching the jar. What the hell could be do? Ironically he was somewhat slow as it is. He frowned as he saw the jar go.

"Agh..." Luckily, Sonic jumped right in with ease. With a small grin and proud look, Sonic grabbed the jar and held it to his side triumphantly. Super speed was the coolest.

But unfortunately, the block was now hitting the lid of the jar! It hit and hit and it looked like it wasn't going to budge....But it did. It was beginning to come inch by inch, just closer and closer until.....

 

"Holy crap.....The cube has been unleashed." Tyler said, staring at the floating block in the air.

Sonic fell back with the jar in hand. Great. He failed. This was a blow to his high ego. "...!!!"

Benjamin jumped up to try to catch it, but obviously failed. What could possibly happen now? The block could cause utter havoc.

The block floated in the air for a bit. Some people were already running away. Then the block quickly moved to the left very fast, then to the right, and then...That's when the true panic happened. It just moved all around from one side to the next, downward and upward, spinning and spinning, until it stopped...And headed straight for Tyler, Junior, Chris, and Roll!

"It's heading right towards us! Duck!" Roll said, being next Ben holding him down with the the others ducking and going down as well! The block completley missed them, but it was hitting the edges of the Q*Bert cabinet! B​ang Bang Bang Bang Bang Bang W​as all that was heard at that moment until....Woosh!

It had went through the screen. There was flickering and lighting on the screen. "...Is it safe?" Junior asked. Chris slowly looked up to see the flickering screen. But after a few seconds.....That was when it was getting brighter and brighter..."Keep ducking! KEEP DUCKING!" B​oom! A​ big flash appeared from the screen and the group of friends wouldn't see anything else past that until they woke up.

"Ugh....Wh-What happened....?" Tyler was the first one to wake up. He found himself laying on the ground. Did something happen? "Wait...I remember that block just....HOLY Sh-....Oh my God...." Tyler had got up, looked behind him, and saw the whole arcade...Trashed. Destroyed even! All of the screens were broken! He looked behind him once again and his face was full of shock. The entire wall....Gone. "No damn way...." He looked to his side and saw that the others were knocked out.

"Oh man...Guys! Guys! Wake up!" Tyler yelled out. He shook Roll first and then Chris. "Come on man wake up!" Tyler said. "Ow....Ohh....T-Tyler?" Chris said as Roll was starting to get up. Once she did, she gasped. "Wh-What just...WHAT JUST HAPPENED!?" She yelled out. She had her hands over her mouth in surprise. She looked behind her downward and saw Ben laying down. "Ben! Ben, wake up Ben! Please wake up!" Roll said in a worried tone, putting her hands on Ben trying to get him to wake up.

Sonic sat up slowly, rather confused and startled at what just happened. He was in a complete daze. What in the world was going on? He rubbed his head and looked around only to see Roll struggling to shake Ben awake. Sonic jumped up that instant and ran to see if Ben was okay. "...!"

Benjamin slowly opened his eyes with a soft whine. He looked up only to see Roll there, her face covered in worry. Ben frowned and sat up.

'I'm okay...' He signed. 'But are you?'

"Ben!" Roll immediately hugged Benjamin, seeing that he was okay. "I am fine." She said out loud and in sign language. 

"Oh my God....What caused...." Chris said, looking at both sides of the corrupted arcade. Junior's expression was the equivalent of his death animation looking at the BIG hole in the.....Empty wall. "It's like something just rampaged and destroyed everything here!" Junior exclaimed.

"Well, thank god we're alive....But it looks like we're the last ones here..." Chris said holding his head. "All I remembered is that flash and.....Oh no...No, no, no..."

"Chris....You don't think....When that block went in..." Junior asked.

"Unfortunately yes...." Chris replied sighing. He guessed Ben was right. "And I found something to support your theory. Look over here..."  Tyler said, kneeling down, looking the giant hole in the middle of the street. It had this blocky-pixelated rubble around it. Even more shock filled the kids' minds walking towards the hole. "Oh man..." Chris muttered. Roll looked to her left with even more surprises. "And that's not the last of them...." Multiple holes, small and large, were scattered around the street, the sidewalk, everything. Even some of the trees on the other side...Were missing 1/2 of their bark.

"I hate to say it guys but......We just accidentally released a Pixel army invasion...And this is only the beginning stage...." Chris said.

Benjamin looked around the arcade, completely shocked at the destruction. Did that tiny block cause all of this? He looked at Chris and read his lips. There was no way... Benjamin must have understood it wrong. Did he just see Chris say 'invasion'? That was impossible. He looked to RI'll in worry.

'What did he just say?' Benjamin asked to Roll in sign. He really hope she wasn't going to say what he thought she was going to say.

Sonic meanwhile was jumping up and down frantically, speeding around everyone. They needed to go and fight them fast, before they wrecked havoc on everything. If that happened... Boy would he get in so much trouble.

"Oh dear..." Roll didn't know how else to tell Ben. She just had to tell it like it is...She took a deep breath."Ben...The Block caused a huge Pixel rampage. Meaning....An invasion is happening. And this is only the beginning stage..." She said in sign language. "I didn't know how else to say it..." Then suddenly, pixel blocks were being flown through the air from behind the trees far back! Chris and Junior reacted with ducking. The blocks landed behind the group. 8-Bit noises were heard from there. It kept getting closer and closer..."What is that?" Junior asked. "Wait...I recognize that sound...." Tyler said seriously.Then....2 red insect-like pixelated creatures in front of a yellow, blue, and red figure flew through the air, past the kids! Then they made a loop-de-loop cutting through the air and flew back. "Oh my freaking God,It's the Galaxian forces!" Tyler pointed out. The Galaxians were flying back from the direction they came from but..."It's heading towards us! Duck!" Roll said, again holding Ben down along with the others. The Galaxians just barely missed the kids! They back up in the air, but they wouldn't stay there for long."Wh-What's their problem!?" Junior reacted. "They're an alien force! They will fly into you or shoot you! Either way..." Roll didn't know how else to explain it."They want to get rid of you." Tyler finished.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzitZv8Enmc 

Benjamin went down, not knowing what the hell was going on. Did he understand Roll correctly? Suddenly, the Pixel creatures attacked them. Luckily they missed.

'What do we do?!' Benjamin signed. How were they going to fight back?

Meanwhile Sonic tried to jump up and fight the monsters, but he was quickly knocked back. "...!"

The Galaxians then stopped, being in position in the air. "It looks like they stopped...But I doubt for long." Chris said, looking at these Pixelated enemies. Then he felt a hand grabbing his left hand. "Sorry Chris, but less talking, more moving!" Tyler said, taking Chris's hand and running, being followed by DK Junior and Roll, also taking Ben's hand. But after a few seconds, the Galaxians made their move once again, this time by flying through the air and shooting at the kids! "They're shooting at us! RUN!" Junior yelled out as explosions were being produced on the ground. Many pixel blocks were flying through the air and landing on the ground. "We gotta hide!" Tyler said. The shots were starting to get close to the kids, with the explosions going off next to them! "I cannot believe this is happening to us today!" Tyler yelled out as he kept running. "Quick! In there!" Chris pointed at a little alley between two buildings on the left with 3 trash cans close to the sides of the walls.

Benjamin stumbled as he followed everyone along. This entire event was such a huge whirl in his mind. One minute he was here the next he wasn't. Benjamin jumped up as explosions began to go off. Once they dove in the alleyway Ben began to pant. He wasn't really a good runner.

Meanwhile Sonic wasn't too far behind. He didn't need anyone to grab him anyway. He tried throwing some rocks at the enemy, but since that wasn't working he had to run and hide in the alleyway as well. If only they were close enough so he could spin dash them.

Once everyone had went in the alleyway, they all were breathing heavily. This was like life or death by game. The Galaxians flew by, going up in the air and flying out of the area, not seeing the kids anymore. Chris and Tyler had a sigh of relief. The danger was gone for now. "Okay....I think we're safe. Is everyone okay?" Chris asked. Tyler and Junior nodded. "I'm terrified...That was scary..." Roll said with a frightened expression.

Benjamin looked down while he was still panting. After a few moments he gave a small nod to show that he was okay. Honestly he was too shocked and confused to even give a proper reaction to what the hell was going on. Sonic meanwhile was jumping up and down frantically to try to get everyone back out to fight. "!!!"

"Woah! Woah! Slow down, Sonic!" Tyler said, motioning his hands in a way to stop. "They're gone now. That's one blessing enough. And if they came back, we don't have anything to fight with!"

Chris meanwhile looked down. He didn't mean for any of this to happen. "...I'm sorry guys...I guess I'm the dummy who brought us into this mess..."
