I would not mind

If I were blind

For there is nothing to see

Except head-on collisions and catastrophe

If I could not catch a glimpse of neither bird nor tree

I would still be as fine as can be

It would surely be okay

Even though, on my sight, I would have a delay

But I would sadly pay

If I could not listen to things with their naturistic themes

For the vivacious sounds still have their means

It would be a sincere loss

If my hearing was tossed

So long as I can listen

My heart will forever glisten
