"Hey," Alicia refused to let go of his arm. She shot a glare at Selena. "She's looking for someone new to represent. Someone smart, funny, cute and a good actor... someone named Eric." She added the last part teasingly. Eric's face lit up. "A REAL agent? Who's your mom?" Alicia cleared her throat and lifted her chin up. "Audrey Sandahara." "Really!?" He exclaimed. "She's sponsored most of the most famous actors in the world!" "And she's looking for a fresh new face!" She cheered, trying to keep his excitement up. He slid into the limo before her, and she stuck her tongue out at Selena. Before she closed the door, she announced loudly. "That's right, it's a black-tie event! I have my dress in here already--mind if I change?" She slammed the door and the limo sped down out of sight.

"Hey, that little..." Selena begin but stopped. She took a deep breath and grimaced. "That's okay, we'll see who he picks tomorrow once I tell him about Terrance Revenue (which was Selena's father and also one of the world's greatest movie directors.)

Alicia slid out of her tank top and mini skirt, instead putting on a floor-length silk dress. She smirked when she noticed Eric standing. "So," She smoothed out some of the wrinkles, as if nothing had just happened. She flipped her hair over her shoulder flirtatously. "We can TOTALLY get you in. There's this new movie coming up. It's supposed to be a HUGE box office hit and they need a lead actor..." She pulled out her phone, and signaled for him to wait a minute. She texted Selena:

'as ur bff, got 2 warn u. Eric thinks u r waaaay crazy. I dont want u 2 get ur feelings hrt. He RLY duznt care. Ill b dere 4 u if ya wanna cry. After da premiere thng.'

'as ur bff, ' Selena texted once she got the text message. 'i have u know i don't want him anymore. I just found another waaay more hotter guy named Daniel. u can have Eric if u want. Daniel (pic here http://www.sodahead.com/living/do-women-prefer-macho-men-or-metrosexuals/question-1130447/?page=4&link=ibaf&imgurl=http://www.testriffic.com/resultfiles/25464anime-guy.jpg&q=hot%2Banime%2Bguys is a hot emo who doesn't mind getting his hands dirty. Oh, did i mention he's into acting as well? gtg have fun with Eric ttfy' Alicia slammed her phone shut. "How dare you," she shrieked. "What was that," Eric replied. Alicia immediately calmed down. "Oh, nothing Eric." 'You want it to be a battle of whose better,' Alicia thought to herself. 'Well we'll see who has the win.'

Alicia texted back, this time more sarcastically. 'well as your FRIEND I think Id bettr let u no 2 things. 1 theres no WAAAY u could get a guy dat cute. 2 as ur friend I declre us EX-BFFS!!!!!!!' She slapped her sidekick shut, and turned it to vibrate, shoving it into her sparkly clutch. "So, what school are you going to?" She batted her eyelashes at Eric. "Um, Coastal High School." "Me too, what coincidence," On the inside, she was bouncing up and down like the Energizer Bunny. "Well, I'll let you sit at our table." "Our table?" "Well I practically rule CHS." She laughed. "I decide who lives and who dies. You know, socially."

Selena being left stranded by her "bff" (or so now ex-bff) she was going to take the subway. That was when she met Daniel. She was stunned by how cute he was (actually he was H-O-T, HOT!!!) She walked over to him, noticing that he was about to get up. 'Can't let him get away,' thought Selena. She pretended to trip over an "invisible wire". "Oh no, she gasped as she went down, landing right onto the guy. They both fell down on the ground. "Oh no, I'm so very sorry," Selena replied. "That's okay," he said. "Hi, I'm Selena," Selena replied. "Daniel, nice to meet you," he said. They shook hands. 'Wow, I like him better then Eric,' Selena thought. 'Well, Alicia, you can have Eric all you want now.' From that point on, Daniel and Selena chatted and Selena found out many things that would really get Alicia angry such as his great acting.

Alicia laid her head on Eric's shoulder. "So, Eric," She pretended to care. "How long have you been acting? Because I'm sure you're SUPER talented. I mean, my mom will sponsor you no matter how long, I'm sure. She's been looking for a fresh face." She shut up before she went into Alicia-Babble-Mode, as Selena had called it. Selena, her ex-best friend, who she was now competing with. She hadn't even blinked when she'd realized who Daniel was. She'd dated him in seventh grade--he was moderately hawt, but nowhere near Eric's level. He also was very pushy, and had a severe lack of reverence for anything fashion related. So let Sel have a go with him. She was almost tempted to wish her ex-bff luck. Almost.

"So, Daniel," Selena answered while she laid her head on his shoulder (but otherwise could care less). "What made you want to get into acting?" "Well, it started when I got a leading role in a film. It was never published because the director didn't have enough money to finish making it. But I realized how much I loved it." Selena put on a sad face. "Oh, I'm so sorry. But that's okay because my father is making a movie and I got the leading role for the female actor. But I need a male role want to join?" Daniel's eyes showed a speck of gleam. "Really," he answered. "That's great." "Okay, meet me at my house tomorrow," Selena replied. After getting Daniel's number, she left for the night. After all it was getting pretty late. Alicia didn't know this but Daniel sure had changed a lot since the time she had broke up with him. He had a whole new wardrobe and had a sense of the hottest fashion now. It seemed like Alicia was the one who needed the luck but she sure wasn't getting it from Selena.

Alicia waited for her driver to open the door for her and Eric. The flashes from cameras shined in her faces. She thought how only a day ago and she and Selena would be doing this together. She shook her head--that didn't matter now. Selena wouldn't have gotten anywhere being famous. She was too... tame. She didn't have a bad side. Alicia did, though, and she smirked, grasping Eric's elbow and pulling him out after her. She waved to a reporter from E! and laughed like Eric had whispered something funny, instead of asking if he was underdressed. "No, no," She giggled. "It's TOTALLY okay." She weaved expertly through the famous, waving to a few of her movie star friends, and paused to pose for a few pictures. Finally, she made it to her mom before she went on stage. Alicia didn't even need to explain--her mom got it at first glance. "Well, hello, what's your name." "Eric," He smiled nervously, almost vibrating with excitement. "Ooh, he puts on a good calm." She looked as if she were thinking, and then squinted at him. "You're a good actor, boy. I need someone to sponsor. Want to be the next most famous person to hit Hollywood?" "Yes!" "Of course, besides Alicia, you'll be the most famous star there ever was!"

"Hey, Selena," she heard a voice say. It was Daniel, rushing towards her. "You forgot your sunglasses," he said. Selena was almost to her house when she saw the camera crew and her father. "What is this," Daniel replied. 'Ooh, good timing,' thought Selena. "Oh, it's just the 'crew'," she answered acting as if she were expecting them this whole time. "Selena," she heard her father call. "Yes, daddy." "I need someone to do the male part for the movie and I just can't find one," he said but then he looked up and saw Daniel. He already knew and said, "Well, how do you do?" "Uh-fine," Daniel replied a little bit shy. "Hm, say have you ever acted before?" "Yes, I have but it was in a unfinsihed movie." "You do seem like that type of person for the job." "Well, if it's alright with you Selena said I could study for the part." Selena father smirked. "Of course," he answered. "With you and Selena in the role, this movie will be the best there ever was!"

Alicia woke up to her housekeeper leaning over her. "Ahh!" She bolted upright in surprise, and her housekeeper laughed. "Your mother said to hurry downstairs. Someone's here to see you." "Someone?" She raked her fingers through her bedhead, and glared. "Selena?" "No, a boy," The housekeeper said before shutting her door. "Eric!" She exclaimed, and flew to her closet. "No... nope... are you serious?..." She tossed outfits she disapproved behind her, and finally settled on a puffy yellow sundress. She madly combed her hair, fluffing it with her curling iron, and putting in little silver hoops. She walked casually downstairs as if she hadn't just torn her room apart trying to look perfect for him. She yawned, as if putting zero effort into her flawless apperance. "Morning, Eric," She beamed. "Hey," His smile matched hers, and he held up a script. "Your mom said that we were supposed to practice for the role together." "Alright," Alicia's smile grew. "This is going to be her biggest movie yet. She says this is going to get more box office hits than Twilight!" She plucked a copy of the script from Eric's hand, and wiggled her eyebrows. "You're line first."

There was a knock at the door. Selena had been up since 5 in the morning. Unlike Alicia, she was always up and ready when she needed to be. She opened the door, noticing Daniel with the script in hand. " Good morning. I've been studying my lines," he said with a smile. Selena smiled. "So have I," she answered. She let Daniel in and they both sat on the sofa. "You first," Selena replied. And Daniel viewed some of his lines before speaking. Hearing how good he was and realizing how fast he was learning his lines, Selena was impressed. "Hm," commented Selena. "I can already tell this movie is going to be a big hit. With us, it's going to be better than the Twilight Saga Eclipse. Daniel smiled and it was in agreement.

Alicia let fake tears stream down her cheeks. "No! Don't lie me anymore! Do you love her or not!?" The sadness on Eric's face was so heartbreaking, she almost believed it herself. She struggled to keep up her expression of betrayal. "I never did, I promise you that, Anna. I won't ever--" He stopped--that was where his line ended. It was Alicia's turn--she glanced at her script, and almost fell out of her chair, screaming at the top of her lungs in excitement. "Damen," She whispered, leaning in so she was only an inch from his face. "Don't even PRETEND that any girl could triumph over me." She leaned in until there was no distance between them, and kissed Eric.

"Do you really have to go, Frost?" Selena answered with fake sincerity as she went over the lines from her script in her head. "Though I may not want to, I must," replied Daniel melodramatically. "Please oh, please, don't go," replied Selena grabbing onto Daniel's arm. Getting up from his sitting position on the couch, Daniel went over to the door and turned around and said, "I know. But... I have no choice, I will always remember you Angie. (Wow, this was good acting!) Selena ran up to Daniel. "No, you can't," Selena replied with fake tears coming to her eyes. "I must!" Daniel answered unpreturbed. "But I will always remember you. Goodbye, Angie." Then Daniel kissed Selena and walked out the door. After a few seconds, he came back in. Being his old natural self. "How was that?" Daniel asked. "Perfect," Selena confirmed and then she whispered beneath her breath. "There's no way that Alicia's movie will be better then mine." "What was that," Daniel asked. "Oh," Selena replied looking up at Daniel. He must've heard her. "It-it was nothing."

Alicia pulled back. She really didn't want to end the kiss, but she couldn't let him pull away. She had to be in charge. "Nice," She approved, and smiled widely. "You, too," He grinned. "You're golden." "I know I am," Alicia kept her face only a few inches from Eric's. "But... I don't really want to act anymore." She closed her eyes. "It's getting a little... boring sticking to my part." "Me too," Eric agreed before kissing her. All Alicia could think was, (TAKE THAT, SEL!)

As the kiss ended with Selena and Daniel, they were both lossed in awe. Each of them never realized how good the other was...until now. "Wow," Daniel remarked. "You know...you're...pretty good at this...I mean the acting." "Oh, that wasn't acting," Selena replied giving him another kiss only this one was on the cheek. 'Yes,' Selena thought. 'I got him going!I got him going! What do you think of that Alicia?' Daniel blushed as he rubbed the back of his neck with one hand. "Ah-um, well, I think you're really good at it." Selena winked. "You're not half bad yourself," she replied. "I know this sounds akward, but by any chance do you...y'know have a boyfriend," Daniel asked. Selena smiled. 'Ha-ha,' she thought to herself. 'I got him REAL good.'
