Probably the most personal poem I ever wrote. I came to a realization a while ago, and it made me want to change the way I was living. This basically explains it all.

 

How long did I believe I could keep this up?

This little charade?

How long did I believe I could lie to myself?

Am I simply that much of a moron?

I told myself I was strong.
