I think I lost my character , need help!

Hey guys, I was trying to play today and everything was just fine, then I needed to go out and when I returned I tried to play and my game won't even start and I don't know why.

Tired of tryin' again and again I decided to uninstall the app, but now it works, the only thing is: the game is asking me to create a new character, so that means that I lost my previous account?

Does this have any solution? Please help!

    Yes, unisntalling the app deletes your character. I believe there's a way to save it before uninstalling, but I don't know how.
