Redwood Mansion. A place so full of mystery. Located on the edge of Arbor City, many rumors surround the enigmatic manor. Some say the landowner lures children in to be murdered and used as household decoration. Other think it’s haunted by the wife of the man who supposedly killed her in a petty argument. Some think it’s haunted by the landowner himself. Some think it’s just an abandoned old house with expensive heirlooms just waiting to be plundered. A group of students and alumni from Redwood High School planned to meet at the gate one evening for a night of adventure, ghost hunting, and treasure finding. Weather forecasts called for a storm, so only five of the original group were able to make it. Let the fun begin. Table for six?

-Signups are not first come first served. Initiatives are given priority, but I will select the most qualified people

Reason: Sora was dared by multiple people to stay the night with them all, and was promised a date with her crush, one of the Cheerleaders at school. Deciding to take a risk, she drove to the Mansion that stormy night to attempt to find her courage.

 

Bio/Backstory:

 

The product of Japanese and Russian descent, Sora Grace Takagi-Voelker has lived a hard life. Her father was part of the US Armed Forces and died during the Iraq War to an ambush during a routine patrol in the wilderness. With her father dead and his pension barely getting them by, Sora found herself a job at a maid cafe. Delicate, soft-spoken, and cute, she was well-liked and managed to help get her mother financially secure. While she is not at the best spot in her life, Sora is a fighter - maybe not the bravest, strongest, or best, but she has shown she, under extenuating circumstances, to have a will of pure iron.

 

This will is what got Sora through four documented and multiple undocumented kidnapping/rape attempts, to the point a judge, after learning pepper spray was useless, had to sign a special stack of forms to allow Sora to train and purchase a Concealed Handgun License and a handgun for personal protection. Not advertising this fact, Sora tries to avoid talking about the trauma of those nights, instead preferring to talk about new video games or books coming out. A unusual gamer, her CHL training and firearm practice has helped her be decent at FPS games, her favorite being Halo. She loves sniping.
