The Master of Masters has an 'all seeing eye' which means he can look into the future, but I don't think it's the same one on Xehanort's keyblade, merely, this symbolism of the eye is also on the keyblades of the foretellers/apprentices. Their keyblades were designed with the eyes as symbolism to show how the foretellers are all knowing and all seeing. There were 6 apprentices, 5 of them each gained a Book of Prophecy, these 5 became the Foretellers. The 6th is non existent at the moment and all 5 foretellers have an eye on their keyblade, and Xehanort's keyblade has an eye on it as well. It's also stated that his keyblade is 'a will passed down'.

You can connect the pieces by looking at the 2nd screenshot you posted, Xehanort's master is likely the 6th foreteller or a descendant of the 6th. The keyblade was 'passed down'.

The eye we see on their keyblades is representative of the Book of Prophecy that they were given. It's all seeing just like the grandmaster and so he put the power of the future into the book.

Of course! I highly suggest though you watch Everglow's walkthrough of KHX so you get a better sense of what's happening.

Considering Xehanort states "It's the oldest Keyblade in existence!" I wouldn't be surprised.
