Ansem's voice

Why does Ansem the Wise's voice in the new BBS USA trailer sound soooo different? He sounds like a freakin' android. Especially when he says " his name is...". It's like listening to a fan-dub voice. Whatever happened to his british accent? It barely sounds british in my opinion? Did his old voice actor get replaced or something? If it did then what the heck? I don't know who voice is worse now Sonic's new voice or Ansem the Wise's new voice -_-
