There are chocolates with small amunts of alcohol. Say if a person ingests large amounts of alcoholic chocolates or confectionary (in some cultures, alcohol is added to cake too), can they be pulled over for alcohol intoxication?
I have heard of unusual cases where people who have bottles of alcoholic hand washes in their car evaporate in their cars on very hot days, and this produce a false positive on breath tests.
"You're under arrest for eating alcoholic chocolates"
or "You're under arrest for drinking alcoholic hand wash"
Dumb question but...
Has this happened that anyone knows of??
