Do you think the PS4 will ever be backwards compatible with ps3 games?

with the announcement that some PS2 games are backwards compatible with the ps4, I really hope that the PS4 gets backwards compatible with PS3 games because I'll sell my ps3 for a ps4 if that happends(yes, I'm that despite), but sadly, I don't think that's likely now.

Yeah, they added a dozen or so last week after the initial 100 hundred or so a month ago.

It's not possible. The hardware is far too different.

 

And PS4 is NOT backwards compatible with PS2. It's called emulation.

well there goes my hope. Looks like I'm not selling my ps3 anytime soon.
