For years, scientists have been searching endlessly for ways to modify and manipulate the DNA of humans. Some say it couldn’t be done. It’s impossible… but what if it was possible?
Years ago, a secret group known as Bastion were created. This group contained the brightest of scientists led by an unknown director. At first, Bastion’s goal was to find a cure for all diseases otherwise known to be untreatable. However, little did the director know that Bastion’s goal was about to change.
Bastion’s facility is located high in the mountains, hidden from the world and even the government. Here, Bastion kidnapped youth from all over and used them as patients to test their drug- the Alpha drug.
The Alpha drug is a very special drug that alters a patient’s DNA to enhance their abilities and create the perfect person. Sadly, the drug caused dangerous side effects- convulsions, bleeding, skin decay and finally- death. The director realized such dangerous experiments were being conducted and therefore forbid further research into it. It didn’t take long for the director to be removed from the situation completely while the others continued in their research.
In efforts to make the drug safer, it was mixed with a special agent that suppresses the dangerous structure of the drug while also suppressing the ability enhancement and obedience traits that the drug was programmed with. The result, known as the Beta drug is injected into patients everyday. Disappointed with the results from the Beta drug, patients who make little progress in tests or are deemed useless are injected with the Alpha drug. None survive.
You are a patient in this facility. Your memories of home and a past life are nothing but a fuzzy dream that are told to be hallucinations from the drug. You were here as long as you can remember. All you know is that everyone in the facility is your family. The scientists and doctors are very kind to you. You believe that you are sick and the drug will make you better. You are told that the world is barren and empty. From what you know, one day the drug will cure your sickness and you will be released from the facility to start a new life beyond the barren wasteland in a bright vast land known as Radiance. After all, plenty of patients after a while are taken away- never to be seen again.
Rules:
I know this sounds pretty random, but this is a KH rp so KH characters plz.
Your title is basically a title that you are given based on your personality and abilities from the drug.
By the way, you wear all white clothes. (Similar to scrubs and the like)
KH13 rules apply.
Under no circumstances is a patient allowed to go outside. (That doesn’t mean you can try to sneak out tho so see outside )
The facility is far from any sort of civilization.
Your abilities may range from normal ability enhancements to somewhat supernatural. (Feel free to ask me about an ability you’d like.)
No godmodding abilities please.
You cannot be injected with the Alpha drug. You will die.
KH FF characters plz. (I’ll allow FF characters in general but please- this IS a KH rp)
Romance is PG-13.
I prefer one character per person, but if you really want to you may have two.
No godmodding. You gotta lose sometime!
No killing characters or critically injuring them without permission.
No controlling other characters without permission.

Abilities: Enhanced senses, (mainly senses pertaining to hunting- animal like), hunting and animal like abilities as well as slight thermal vision at will. When threatened Roxas will turn feral and attack those in sight.

Personality: Roxas is short-tempered, aggressive, blunt and stands his ground, He can be arrogant, confident, and cocky. However when he is with his friends in good company, he can be happy, cheerful, kind, and at ease. He's somewhat smart when need be and is rather tough. He is very protective of those he holds dear and due to his predatory nature from the drug he can act very hostile when threatened. He never acts that way however as those around him especially the doctors at the facility are seemingly his allies.
Bio: Taken away from a life he doesn’t remember, Roxas spent all his years at the facility. Arriving at the age of five, Roxas was immediately subjected to the injections to ‘get better’ as he was told. Throughout his life Roxas saw fellow patients come and go. As far as he knows, there is nothing out there in the world as it’s nothing but barren lands. He is a very skilled boy, one of the doctor’s more favorable patients. He receives the drug daily with no problem, as he knows he must take it in order to get better. One day, he will get better and be taken to Radiance to start a brand new life with the fellow patients he holds dear.
