I made some shitty early on decisions early on, and I want to start over. Can i? I heard that removing, and reinstalling the game works, but i also connected my account to Facebook

 

Also, i was on Mission 42, and i really haven't seen anything related to a story yet. (besides world related) Is there even story?

There's no real point in restarting if you're only up to Mission 42, there's still a lot more that you haven't got to yet and it doesn't really make much of an impact if you screwed up early as you can easily recover. About if you can restart, im pretty sure you can select IF you want to connect to ur Facebook save but im not 100% sure.

 

There is a story but you only really get to it a lot later in the game until then the only real story you'll be getting from the game is from those Disney worlds.
