Playstation mascot?

last week was playstation 15th anniversary.So i asked you question who do you think is there mascot.

Here's who i think could be there mascots

Sweet Tooth from Twisted Metal

Twisted Metal is longest running Playstation franchise and Sweet Tooth as appear on every system expect PS3 but it's planing on coming out in 2011.He is one of my favorite Playstation character.

Rachet from RAC

Since the first one came out on PS2 he became a icon for Sony and helped them when he first appear on PS3.

Nate Drake from Uncharted

He as tons personally and has quite epic adventures.

the others are either too new, i've never heard of them, or they wouldn't be a good mascot

Well, Toro has been considered Playstation's mascot in Japan since the beginning. I'm not sure about everywhere else.

After the PS1, they've been on other platforms and their games have sucked since then unfortunately.

I think Sly Cooper is a pretty good mascot for his cartoonish appearence. But since they haven't released a sly cooper game in a while I'm not sure if he fits all the criteria.

 

The Helghast, one of my favorite fictional armies of all time are pretty cool and appear quite often but don't fit the exact description of what I believe is a mascot (some cartoony character). Same with Solid Snake and Jak.

 

So IMO those guys from Little Big Planet would fit as great mascots as their games are popular and quite recent and have a cartoon-like appearance.

ya i kinda agree on that.

There was poll done week ago and they pooled 3,000 people i think and kratos got most votes but in my opinion i don't think he's great character or has stared in great games

thats why i wouldn't have nate drake, solid snake, kratos or any of those guys as a mascot.

 

and i agree that spyro at least has had sucky games since it got sold to those new guys

well i don't think xbox has any exclusive cartoon games. and since it's a console quite heavily focused around shooting games, a character like master chief would make more sence

 

but the PS series has alot of cartoon exclusives, and they were probably the most popular games on their systems

Nintendo = Mario (Maybe Link from Zelda too)

Playstation = Banjo Kazooie

banjo kazoonie was never really on ps

i would say

ps1-crash,spyro

ps2-rachet,sly,jak or kratos

ps3-drake,rachet,sack boy

psp-naked snake

but mascot like sweet tooth is he one to on every sony system

Yeah, it would be a good choice but they would use a character from the FF series before one from Kingdom Hearts.
