Kirby: Summer Stars (1x1 RP with KHUndertaleFan25)

Posted

"1...2...3..."

Kirby's head was laying against a tree, counting numbers in a game of hide-and-seek in order to find his friends, Adeline and Elsa. If he won, they would make him a delicious cake! He couldn't wait.

"7...8...9...10!" Poyo, Poyo!" He exclaimed, jumping up and running to find his two friends.

Elsa was hiding up in a tree, being very quiet. I sure hope he doesn't find me here. This is a good hiding spot, after all..., she thought as she watched the puffball run around to try and find her and Adeline. "Elsa! What are you doing up there?" Someone shouted at her. Elsa quickly looked down to see that the voice was her husband, Kevin.

"Shh! I'm trying to play hide-and-seek with Kirby and Adeline. Go away before Kirby sees me in the tree!" Elsa shouted back in a whispered tone that only her husband could hear. "Well, alright. I'll leave you guys to your game." He replied back, walking away from the spot. She sighed in relief and thought, That was way too close. I hope Kirby didn't hear him...

"Poyo Poyo!" Kirby exclaimed while running around the forest, looking for his friends. He stopped under the tree Elsa was on, looking left and right, then walking away. "Poyo?" The Pink puffball was starting to get worried. Cake was on the line! He had to find someone or elsevhe wouldn't get his delicious treat! "Poyo!" Kirby called out, hoping someone would answer.

Adeline was hiding behind the same tree Elsa was on top of, though she didn't her. "Kirby will never think of finding me here." She whispered to herself.

Elsa stayed quiet, until she felt a branch scratching her back. "Ow, ow, ow..." She muttered to herself, trying to move it carefully out of her shirt. But truthfully, it made so much noise that even Kirby could hear it while he was running around. When she had finally got it off, she realized how much noise she was making and facepalmed herself. I'm an idiot. Now he's sure to find me..., she thought, deciding now to wait for him to find her in the tree.

Adeline looked up to see that Elsa was on the same tree she was hiding behind. An expression of worry appeared across her face. 'Uh oh! If Kirby finds me here, he'll find Elsa too! I gotta find another spot to hide.' She thought. Adeline looked both ways in her direction. She then jumped and ran into a bush nearby. She rustled a bit in order to get comfortable. 'Alright. This is better.' She thought.

"Poyo?"

Adeline's body froze. That voice...She slowly turned her head to see Kirby's face staring right at her.

"POYO!"

Adeline jumped up out of the bush and shrieked a little in surprise. "Waah! Kirby!" She landed on her feet and sighed. "Aww. You found me." She said.

Elsa saw that Adeline was hiding behind the tree that she was up in and watched her hide in a bush. She then heard a poyo from Kirby and stayed absolutely still. Oops, i think i gave away her position instead..., she thought, watching as Adeline was found by Kirby. Elsa smiled at the two and almost felt a giggle come out.

"Poyo! Poyo!" Kirby jumped up and down joyously. He found one person! He was one step closer to getting that cake. Now all he needed to do was to find Elsa and he'll have a delicious, sweet delight! "Poyo!" Kirby then ran ahead in order to look for Elsa.

"Kirby! Wait up!" Adeline said, running after her pink friend. She couldn't help but smile at his adorable face when he was happy. He was so eager to win. She almost wanted him to have the cake.

When they were out of earshot, Elsa giggled. "I'm so glad that Kirby didn't look up." She muttered happily, knowing that it would take a while for them to find her until she heard a squeal from above. She looked up to see that it was Lisa, her 2-year old daughter. Lisa was using her psychokinesis to give her mother a tackle hug. "L-Lisa, wait!" Elsa exclaimed, but it was too late. She was tackled out of her hiding spot. Luckily, a Gaster Blaster had appeared at the bottom of the tree and caught both of them. Lisa was giggling, loving the face that her mother was making.

Kirby skidded to stop when he heard a shriek/yell of some sort. He turned around, curious to see what the noise was. "Poyo?" The Pink puffball then ran back to where he found Adeline and soon enough...

"Poyo!" He jumped up and down for joy. He had finally found Elsa! "Poyo! Poyo! Poyo! Poyo!"

Adeline sighed and chuckled. "Looks like Kirby won this game." She said.

Lisa saw the puffball and squealed happily, loving all things cute. She got off of her mother and ran toward Kirby, picking him up to hug him tightly. Elsa slid off of the Gaster Blaster and pet it, saying, "Thank you for saving us, my friend." The Gaster Blaster growled happily, then disappeared after that. She then sighed and said, looking at Kirby, "Welp, time to make that cake for you, i guess."

Kirby hugged Lisa back, smiling. "Poyo! Cake! Cake!" He exclaimed, happy as ever. Adeline giggled at her cute friend while watching him hug the little darling. "Hee Hee! You know, when you see him like this, it's hard to deny him." She commented. "So uh..." She looked both left and right. "Where do we make it?"

"I'm, uh, not sure..." Elsa replied, scratching her head and thinking about where to make the cake and what ingredients they needed. But when Lisa heard the mention of cake, she put Kirby down and squealed for joy. She loved cake just as much as the puffball did.

Kirby stopped jumping and looked at the two girls. Where would the cake be made? And what would it even look like? Strawberry? Lemon? Apple?  The anticipation was killing him! "Poyo?"

"Hmm..." Adeline then snapped her fingers and grinned. "I know!" She suddenly announced. "I'll paint us a little kitchen place for us to bake the cake, right here in forest. All I need is my art supplies and we'll be ready to go! And maybe Lisa here could have some cake too. What do you think?"

Kirby's head shook up and down continuously at the idea. Anything for cake.

Anything.

"That sounds like a wonderful idea! Right, Lisa?" Elsa asked her daughter, who started jumping around like Kirby was doing. She giggled at her little girl being so silly with the pink puffball.

"Alright! It's settled then! We're going to bake a cake!" Adeline announced, pumping her fist in the air. Kirby picked up Lisa and placed the small child on his head. He then nodded and raised his little, stubby hand in the air. "Poyo!" Adeline smiled brightly and turned around. "To my art studio! Hup! Hup!" She started to move her legs like she was marching. The painter began to move, acting as a leader with Kirby, having Lisa on his head, followed her with the 2-year old along for the ride.

Lisa smiled and giggled as she sat on Kirby's head while he walked. Elsa followed after the trio, feeling giddy. They were going to make that cake for Kirby, after all.

Soon, the group came into a part of a forest where there was a painting board on a stump along with Adeline's other art equipment. The leaves of the trees were orange in this part of the woods. "Welcome to my Art Studio!" Adeline announced, letting her arms go up like she was showing everyone something.

"Wow! This is such a cute little place!" Elsa exclaimed, loving how it wasn't a building. "P-Pwetty!" Lisa said, smiling widely as she looked around the place.

"Poyo!" Kirby exclaimed, looking around as he turned. He knows he has seen Adeline's art studio before, but somehow it always amazed him by how it looked.

Adeline jumped on the stump and picked up her paintbrush and palette and dipped her paint-brush in some color. "Now let's start making our own kitchen!" She said.

The artist began painting in brown color. She made a square shape with four brown legs under it.(Not human legs) Adeline then stepped back and moved to the other side.

"Look! It's a table." Suddenly, the painting of the table jumped out of the painting board and onto the ground.

"We gotta have something to make our cake on! Hmm...Now what else?"

Elsa and Lisa were both amazed by this wonderful magic. Even though their powers were really cool, this was even better. "That is such a cute little table." Elsa said, smiling as she watched it pop out of the painting. Then when Adeline was wondering what else they needed, Elsa replied, "Well, for a cake, you'd need flour, eggs, milk and a few other things, i think."

Adeline nodded and started painting those item Elsa listed. A carton milk, a bag of flour, and a dozen eggs. "Oh! And we also need a bowl too!" The painter said, painting one after saying so, landing on the table like the other items she painted. "Poyo! Poyo!" Kirby suddenly exclaimed. He's stubby hands raised up and picked up Lisa and put her on the ground. Then he turned and ran into the forest. "Huh? Kirby, where are you going?" Adeline yelled to him.

Elsa smiled as she watched Adeline paint the items. Then she heard Lisa squeal as she was picked up by Kirby and turned her head to see him run off. "Hey, Kirby! Where are you going? I thought you wanted cake!" She shouted, wondering why he run off.

After a few moments, Kirby came running back carrying strawberries and a few blueberries and placed them on the table. "Oh, I see! You want some strawberries and blueberries in your cake, don't you?' Adeline noted. In response, Kirby happily nodded.

Elsa sighed in relief when she saw that Kirby was only getting strawberries and blueberries for the cake. Thank goodness... I thought he was going to hide or something..., she thought, smiling at the puffball. When Lisa saw the berries, she giggled and grabbed a strawberry, nibbling on one happily.

"Oh! And we'll need tools too!" Adeline said. She began drawing a wooden spoon which popped out of the painting and onto the table. "Mm...Don't we need that spinny thing to stir with?"

"You mean a whisk?" Elsa asked the young artist, remembering that was also what they needed. Lisa sat next to Kirby and watched quietly as she continued nibbling on the strawberry.
