Posted August 22, 20169 yr Yesterday i was playing the game, doing some stuff. Then i go home and when the heart appears in the corner of the screen, it keeps loading. I restarted the game, i past the news and the game doesnt start, the heart just keeps moving and moving. I need some help please
August 22, 20169 yr There are several reasons that maybe occurred : 1. Maybe your internet connection is unstable. 2. If It's forced closed, maybe your device is not compatible with the game. 3. Maybe there is something wrong with your installer / problems during downloading parts of the game. RikuFangirl2008 has given one of the solution, If from me, I think I suggest you to make sure your internet connection is stable or try to look the location with stable internet connection (strong signal of WiFi, etc), try to expand your storage if your phone storage is almost full (remembering that parts of the game are quite huge), the last thing, try to uninstall it, and make sure you download the newest version of the game. August 22, 20169 yr Author The device is compatible with the game, i am level 145. But now it doesnt work anymore Im gonna try reinstalling the game. I tried restoring resources but it didnt work
August 23, 20169 yr Where you able to get back in? My husband, a friend and I all can't access the game. It was working fine one minute then the next stuck in the home screen constantly loading. I just made an account because of this issue hoping someone knew what to do next. Turned off wifi. Tried on 4G. Tried on different wifi at work. Deleted and reinstalled the app. iOS up to date. Restored resources. Nothing will work. I try and get back in and nothing. Facebook icons are black. The weird thing is that I keep getting my daily login jewels but I can't access them. I get raid support requests and can't help. Sent SE a ticket for help and have heard nothing. No , it didnt get fixed. Thanks that im not the only one, i thought it was my phone and i have the exact same problem as you.
