Batman Continues characters (micro heroes)

Well, I'm showing off s'more Micro Heroes, this time I'm doing the characters from Tim Burton's proposed sequel to Batman Returns, called "Batman Continues". If it weren't for stupid old WarnerBros, this film would have had Tim Burton's ideas & stuff in it. Now all that's left is shrouded mystery. But that's what the story of Gotham City's all about, isn't it? Anyway, about the characters, Michael Keaton would have reprised his role as Batman. His costume would have looked like a combination of both suits he used in "Batman Forever". Now Robin, he would have looked as different as ever. He would have had a black version of Kid Flash's cowl. His boots would have looked like the boots on Red Robin's uniform. His gauntlets would have no frills-similar to Darth Vader's gloves. I think the cape would have been similar to the one he uses in Batman Forever. Most of his clothes are a reused version of batman's suit, except it would be red & green instead of just plain black. He would had just two "buttons'' instead of four, & the colors on the "R" symbol would have been reversed. Last but not least, he would have been played by Marlon Wayans. The movie would also bring back Billy Dee Williams/Harvey Dent as Two-Face. Burton begged & pleaded Robin Williams to play the Riddler, but he wouldn't stop refusing no matter what, so he had to be replaced by

Micky Dolenz. Catwoman survived the events of Batman Returns, so it might have been possible for her to have returned. Also, fans speculated the film to take place during haloween, so Burton would have casted Brad Doruif as the Scare-crow. Last but not least, Chase Meridan would have been played by Rene Russo. Since the film would have been similar in tone to Batman Returns, WB decided Tim Burton should have nothing to do with Batman anymore.

Actually, Batman Continues didn't exist. Batman Forever didn't start out as a Tim Burton project. It was always Joel Schumacher's baby. Tim Burton's only involvement with Batman Forever was to hire his friend Joel Schumacher as director, and help out hiring Lee and Janet Scott Batchler as the screenwriters, with Akiva Goldsman doing revisions. And it was Joel Schumacher who wanted Michael Keaton to come back to play Batman, Rene Russo to play Dr. Chase Meridian, and Robin Williams to play The Riddler, since they already had Tommy Lee Jones to play Two-Face. History shows the three film stars ended up not doing Batman Forever, and Val Kilmer stepped into the role of Batman, Nicole Kidman as Chase Meridian, and Jim Carrey as The Riddler.

The Riddler with a question mark shaved into his head was actually an idea from Jim Carrey. An old Empire interview revealed that Carrey played around with an idea of shaving a question mark into his head, but that didn't go through, because Carrey was going through a divorce court at the time, and he cannot show up in court with a question mark shave on the back of his head. And The Scarecrow, Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman, and Poison Ivy were not in any draft of Batman Forever, because they already had Tommy Lee Jones as Two-Face, and Jim Carrey as The Riddler.
