Kingdom Hearts 3D confirmed for Spring 2012 release

Nintendo has posted a news release which mentions Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. The release confirms the Spring 2012 release for Japan, and puts the game above other titles which are also "Spring 2012". This could mean it will be early in the time period (which runs from March 2012 to May 2012), or, it could be random.

The main purpose of Nintendo's news release was to announce a new color of Nintendo 3DS, the new "Ice White" color. This will release on November 3, and join the Aqua Blue, Cosmo Black and Flare Red, and the Misty Pink, which releases on October 20. Thanks to andriasang.com for the tip.

    i can imagine a late summer or early fall release. maybe even just torture us a bit more and make us wait for holiday 2012. most likely the latter :/

    thats great but we kinda already knew that thanks to TGS i dont mean to be mean or anything im just saying and how come they always come out with the cooler colors of the DS right after i get one its unfair lol

    I still like the blueish one best :)

     

     

    On a side note: a Dutch website has it listed for March 15 (which is probably not right, but still) and has designed their very own cover art :P
