After the usual Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] maintenance, new additions have been added to the game. This week's new cards feature Roxas, King Mickey, Captain Justice and Captain Dark. The banner saying "Happy New Year" has been removed from the login screen, but the login screen still appears with snow. Some rather strong Heartless are now appearing in the game, along with with strong new abilities for your character. There are new events in place and new items are lined up in the Shop.

New Event!
From January 8th to January 22nd, we’ll be holding na event in which New Year Heartless will Spawn on the field, and you get prizes according to your Heartless Subjugation Ranking.
The New Year Heartless are [LV33 Round Rice Cake], [LV55 Cloud Sunrise], [LV555 Lion Dancer], [LV666 Large Round Rice Cake]. There is also a new ability that deals bonus damage to them.
Special Abilities
The cards with the abilities [Rising Sun +] and [Rising Sun] deal bonus damage to the New Year Heartless.
Greeting Draw was Moved to the in-game Menu > Past Rankings (過去のランキング). You can use the Greeting Draw in that tab until January 15th.
This event will be split in two weeks. The first week will end on January 15th, when the prizes according to your ranking will be sent to your Present Box.
For the First Week’s Prize you can get [Roxas SR] with a 4x Boost (Magic), 5x Boost (Speed) and 6x Boost (Power). The Second Week’s card will feature [sora SR] striking the same battle pose as Roxas.
New Attack Cards at the Raise Draw!
Among the new cards you can draw with Charge Munny, [King Mickey SR+] is the most special since it comes with the Unique Ability [subtype: Power]. Since it is already a Power Type card, the Subtype will make it deal even more damage if it falls in a Power slot of your Keyblade.
