  1. Completely oblivious to the fact his brother was, I don't know, Zane, CRYING...?! Zane turned to look over at Aaron, raising his eyebrows. "For fun this time? I'd really prefer not to find your sword tearing a chunk out of me this time around, it's kind of painful while it lasts, you know?" Getting to his feet, he smacked his fist sideways against the tree. "What are you, a monkey?!"
  2. Seeing the White Rabbit and Marielle weren't about to go at each others' throats, Zack had started staring mindlessly off into space. He couldn't help but let his mind turn to the memories just a taste of blood had dredged up earlier- it confused him that it had even happened, since usually when he used blood to heal he was fine. There weren't usually side effects... but, then again, he could only come to the conclusion that it must have had something to do with the species. It must have been the human side to the White Rabbit's blood that caused it. After all, he'd never had anything to do with rabbits, and it made sense, since the memory he'd had to relive was from back when there had been a little human boy called Zack instead of... the freak who replaced him. At that thought, Zack realised he couldn't see properly, and blinked in attempt to remove the cloud across his vision. When he did, the tears trickled down his cheeks- not that he was even aware of it.
  3. (Oh yeahhhh. I completely missed them when I read the board earlier. :'D) Raiden moaned something incoherent into the blanket curled around him, which sounded all too like a complaint. He managed to roll himself over after a matter of seconds, though, raising a hand when he moved into the light and it stung his eyes. Blearily, he looked up at Eliza, blinking sleep out of his eyes as he dropped his arm. "This is how early you get up?" he asked, completely incredulous. "The sun only just came up!"
  4. Despite the fact he had finally fallen asleep, rather than been woken up every few minutes like before, Raiden kept moving around, turning this way and that. Luckily, he was pretty much silent the whole time- his sleep was too deep for him to sleeptalk.
  5. (I'm not even going to attempt to convert EST to GMT at this ungodly hour. O.e) "Yeah... Can you wake me up when you go, rather than sneaking off like this morning...?" Raiden went to elaborate on why, but the wave of fatigue caught him mid-explanation, and he drifted off to sleep, voice trailing off before he had a chance to explain at all.
  6. "Meet me, after three days?" he smirked, and reached to take her hand, unable to stop a small grin breaking onto his face. "Feeling's mutual."
  7. "Huh? Oh, yeah, I never did actually tell you, after you all but yelled yours at me." Raiden paused, considering giving a fake name out of habit- but, then again, what would Eliza do with just his name? Giving it away wasn't exactly going to ruin everything, was it? "It's Zuko Zu-Zu Raiden."
  8. "Maybe. Maybe not. All parents do is trap you and screw you over. You're probably much better off without them," Raiden carried on, voice bitter.
  9. "You're lucky," Raiden began, dropping his arms from around his knees. "Least you never had to have any."
  10. Raiden was silent for a little while, then lifted his head and looked over at her, hugging his knees tighter. "Wait. How come you don't live with your mother and father...?" he asked.

Name: Alexander (Alec) Winchester Age: 17 Side: Good. Biography: When Alec was aged 6, an evil spirit named Dante slipped through the net and possessed him- because Alec was very young and had a weak will, he was an easy target. He was forced to kill his mother and baby brother, and only stopped when his dad managed to forcibly restrain him. Alec was exorcised, and because the demonic spirit had only been possessing him for a few days, he survived- but as a shell of his former self. He couldn't remember anything- he repressed his memory. Although his father refused to tell him what he'd done, Alec learnt he'd been possessed and rebuilt himself, dedicating his entire being into keeping other people safe. Appearance: Personality: Alec is quiet and humble, and doesn't jump to conclusions. He's soft-spoken and easily fooled, trusting far too easily far too fast. Endlessly curious, he desperately wants to remember his forgotten first 6 years- but, when he so much as tries, he grows unstable. Rawr. That's "I love you" in dinosaur.
  12. (Busy day. xDD) "I don't see how it would help... I'll just wait for it to wear off." Raiden answered, still not lifting his head from his knees.
  13. "Nothing," he said grouchily, hugging his knees against his chest and burying his face in them. "...Urgh, my head hurts. I couldn't sleep properly before."
  14. "...Going back should be interesting," Raiden mumbled- he wasn't sure himself if he was talking to Eliza, or to himself.
  15. He held up a hand, shaking his head. "You have it. I'm all better now."
  16. "Oh..." He noticed she still looked concerned, and managed a half-hearted smile. "Honestly, I'm fine now. Nothing wrong with me."
  17. Raiden nodded. "Happens every night. You were asleep last night when it happened. I didn't wake you tonight, did I?"
  18. Raiden stirred with a moan, then realising where he was and seeing Eliza leaning over him, he cleared his throat, sitting up and hugging his arms around his waist. "...I'm fine," he said quietly, a little shaken. His dreams had amplified the pain, making it seem like he was back at his death, rather than just feeling pain.
  19. (Zuko's joining in on the pain game! 8D /shot) With a barely muffled scream, Raiden flipped over under the blanket, the talking in his sleep increasing in volume, to the point it sounded like he was pleading with someone, begging them not to hurt him. Back in the netherworld, Raiden might have lazed around a lot, but the need to sleep wasn't as pressing as it was here, so he often went weeks without so much as a nap. Which meant he was usually awake for the lovely little reminder of his death, every night. Well, very very early every morning.
  20. Raiden kept tossing and turning, kicking out so hard at the blanket as he slept that it ended up getting knocked away. Because he wasn't anywhere near as flat out exhausted as he'd been the previous night, he slept pretty much restlessly, constantly waking up and mumbling under his breath in the rare minutes he WAS asleep.
  21. Raiden lay on his back, staring up blankly at the ceiling for nearly an hour before he managed to fall asleep himself.
  22. "Uhh..." Zack hesitated. "It's just itchy. Side effect of healing Zane earlier, I guess."
  23. "Don't let the... whatever it is bite," Raiden tried to add, but screwed up somewhat on the delivery when his memory failed him again.
  24. "Hey, that's just downright insulting yourself now!" Zack snorted, scratching at his arm again without even glancing down at it.
  25. "'Creep'? Ten seconds ago, you were insisting I was your invited guest!" Raiden pointed out, dropping down onto all fours and crawling onto the mat.
