  1. Roxas nearly let out a gasp of pain, his wrists being seized tightly by Axel's nimble fingers. He hadn't expected the Senior to actually snap and from Riku's narrowed eyes, neither did he. But Roxas, well, he had a hard head to say the least. And he knew how to use his intelligence to as he flicked his eyes to the clock. At least this would make free period and tomorrow much more interesting. He could use with some new excitement which wasn't Kairi and her newest closet disaster. Swallowing he fearlessly leaned in, leaving only a centimeter or so between the two of their faces, making the food drop out of Hayner's mouth. "I never said anything was being said about you, you assumed that all on your own. Insecure much? Don't worry," He pulled away, removing his wrists from Axel's tight grasp, heart pounding as he calmly continued. "People have better things to talk about." With that, the bell for the end of Lunch rang and he raced as coolly as he could out of the lunch room to his free period music room. Namine look over at Roxas' group and how it seemed Axel and him were getting in a little spat and shrugged half heartedly, looking down in an unsure manner. "I-I don't know. I'm not exactly a guest of honor over there..." She murmured, leaning back in her chair with a sigh. "I doubt Roxas wants me ruining his image." She looked at Demyx and then back at Axel who was awkwardly close to the blond now. "Aren't you worried you'll be ridiculed for sitting next to me?" She questioned, looking curiously at thenmusical teen. Demyx...he was different from the rest of those kids. Namine didn't bother to budge when the bell rang, waiting for the blond's response, half across to hear it, half wanting to know. ((I feel like war is going to break out between Roxas and Axel ))
  2. Roxas wanted to pull back like Sora and even Riku had admittedly done. But like hell he was going to give in so easily. He wasn't about to let some Senior with a bad ass reputation make himcringe with his smirk and dangerously glinting eyes (which he wasn't able to stop looking at). Roxas let his eyes remain open half way and hooded, placing a poke on one of Axel's upside down, tear drop tattoos while pushing him away. "And aren't you an asshole. I can assume you are unaware of the term personal space right? Or are those words to large for you to understand?" Roxas shot back, surprising even himself at how evenly he said that without a single stutter. Much different from his retorts in the Freshman year. Namine eyed the chips wearily, and then Demyx. How could she put this? "I'm...really not hungry. It's not like I need the extra weight anyway, I'm already pretty...y'know." She lied, motioning to her stomach region, which betrayed her with a low rumble. It was like lying to this guy wasn't an option. "I guess one couldn't hurt." Namine caved, taking two of the Sun Chips a bit eagerly. She hadn't eaten since dinner last night and even that hadn't been filling. Her father couldn't cook to save his life. Unfirtunately, neither could Namine. "Abd do you skip most of your classes? You won't get into a good college that way." Namine said, quickly stopping herself realizing how motherly that sounded. "S-sorry."
  3. Roxas scoffed, watching as Axel plucked a cigarette from his low rise jeans and ignorin how his black boxers peaked up at the top. The idiot was just begging for attention, and he always got it. The blond knew a ton of kids would kill to have his seat, at least, the girls into the "bad boys" would anyway. He promptly ignored the puffs of smoke that drifted forwards him, but caught how Kairi sitting next to him coughed violently. She had bad asthma at times. "Straight, huh? Well then you won't mind," Roxas reached over plucking the cigarette from Axel's lips and putting it out in Pence's water. "If I do that. Wouldn't want to hurt someone with the smoke." He challenged, eyeing a thankful Kairi to make emphasize on his intentions. It felt good to actual talk to the older male--correction. It felt good to piss off the older male. Namine swallowed, nodding as she got a bit more comfortable with someone sitting with her. She was surprised at how effortlessly he could ease into the seat without worrying about drawing attention to himself or without worrying that this was the closest a student had ever been to her. His joke made her look up a bit less anxiously at him and she blushed yet again. He got a bit cuter with every passing second but that may just be her school girl self getting to her. Nervously, she fumbled with her fingers, looking up at Axel who was staring a but over here and the others watching and then back at Demyx. "So...d-don't you have class now? Is it okay for you to be here? I don't want you getting in trouble just because..." Just because he was sitting next to her. Namine had to wonder though, what were the chances that he would sit here of all places? Or that he'd come right at her lunch period?
  4. Riku looked over at Haku, deep in thought. It was hard for him to focus (he was still feeling the rush from that kiss) but he had a hunch the teen was right. "You think so? I think we'd know then well enough to know they wouldn't just leave us..." He hoped he knew anyway. ~~~ Miyu nodded, looking down at Donald. "Next World on Your Gummi Ship?" "Yep." The blond looked around, breathing in deep. This World had been so pleasant but tainted by the Heartless. What if...what if the next World was worst? But she couldn't think about that. No, try had friend's to find.
  5. Roxas hid his giddiness (it still thrilled him that a Senior was talking to him) and stared nonchalantly up at Axel, trying not to let those intoxicating green eyes get to him. They had to be contact lenses or something along those lines... "Nothing much, what's up with you? Set another Junior on fire yet?" The blond teased, keeping that uninterested, I-don't-care look that irked the older kids so much. He didn't miss the snicker Riku gave or how Pence shoved another piece of fried chicken in his mouth to stifle his laughter. But out of the corner of his eye he also didn't miss one of Axel's friends, Demyx as he recalled, heading over to lonesome Namine, not caring in the slightest that half the cafeteria was rustling in anticipation. No one ever went over to Namine. Well the blond wasn't blind, she saw Demyx coming and she felt her heart pound faster. Even if he was her therapist, didn't mean it wasn't embarrassing to have him come over here. She knew Axel had a reputation and what if he and Dem' stopped hanging out simply because of this little display. Her panic was rising. Part of her was also a bit scared. What if that whole friendly thing in 2nd period was an act? If he was here to tease her then...well then she probably wouldn't be able to take it at all.
  6. Maleficent raised an eyebrow questioningly at the two teens but didn't say anything instead continuing on while glancing at Riku. "Your friends, Sora and Miyu, are alright. Some of my...sources say they are alright. But, they're not alone," She turned around, cloak billowing as she eyed them malevolently. "It appears that they have abandoned you two." With that she was gone. Riku was speechless. "...No." ~~~ Miyu staggered out of her hiding spot, coming up behind Sora and using Goofy to hold herself up a bit easier. That tail hurt like hell! "I...I think so--" She wad cut off as a large heart rose from the chameleon and floated into the air, disappearing once it was far enough in the sky. "You did it." Miyu sighed, looking at the creature slowly disappearing. "This is a lot more than what we thought would happen..."
  7. Roxas watched as Namine took a seat in the far corner of the Lunch Room. He had heard the rumors of course, all the gossip always reached him sooner or later. And he believed that she cut herself, hell he had even been inclined to try it once or twice, but he didn't. He had people to stop him and talk some sense into him. He figured Namine didn't. And like any human being, he pitied her. Unlike some of the other assholes at his table like Seipher and his gang. They usually were her prime predators. But his brother Sora and his boyfriend, Riku, weren't like that. Kairi even felt bad. She even suggested going to talk to her but...well...he supposed they were guilty for being cowards about their reputation. Even still, it didn't hurt to stare a bit, maybe try and figure her out. At least, that was his original goal before a certain Senior red head entered the cafeteria, sauntering in with all his rebellious glory. Dear God if any man could make him bisexual it would definitely be him hands down. Meanwhile, Namine had noticed a pair of blue eyes locked onto her and it was rattling to say the least. It was bad enough being stared at on the bus, 1st period, ect. but at Lunch to? This was ridiculous. As her stomach growled with ebbing hunger, Namine decided that this whole attempt at being normal was ridiculous. Like her life. What was honestly the point? To get talked about? To be the center of misfits? Was that worth it? Just as te blond figured shed be better off in Aerith's art room where she could try out venting through art, a familiar blond walked in with a few buddies, one she recognized to be Axel. He was Kairi's ex boyfriend. Oh sweet lord not now. Namine did her bed to shrink into the seat, looking around frantically for anything to hide her physical features. Demyx already thought she was a kook most likely, she didn't need her counselor thinking she was the crazy lonely girl now. Even if it was true...
  8. Namine collected her assignment due by next Tuesday and left her History class. It had been very uneventful for her, cutting out the teacher catching her day dreaming. Today had been mostly a review and note taking, so all she missed was a few definitions of some words and who did what. It wasn't important to her. Namine used to be an A student in that class, which may explain why Professor Saix was so lenient on her daydreaming. She's seen other kids do the same thing and almost end in tears by the end of his rant. Namine waited till everyone left the room before leaving Saix alone in his classroom. Her fourth period was boun to be...horrible. Lunch. The cafeteria was like the mainstream of the school separated into cliques. There were your Jocks, Preps, Skaters, Nerds, Creative kids, all of them had their little input though to the stream. The stream of gossip. She just knew all of the kids were buzzing about what was probably the most interesting thing to happen to this school since a current Senior blew up the lab earlier in the year. And she was right. Once Namine stepped into the cafeteria the yelling an horeplaying lowered to a small buzz of bees spreading sharp edged honey full of lies. Avoiding eye contact, Namine carefully made her way to the table by the window. She wasn't hungry for Lunch. Besides, with no one next to her she wouldn't be able to stomach it.
  9. Namine sat in the back of her class in History with Professor Saix, as opposed to Miss Aqua's Math class where she sat front and center. That period had been a test to see how her classmates would react to her being within eye sight. It was safe for the blond to say she failed that test. In the front, though all eyes were really locked into Miss Aqua, whether they were paying attention or not, she felt as if acid holes were being embedded into her skull. Paranoia made her think the classmates were all staring at her and enjoying it. But she knew they had no reason to look at her, not with their drop dead gorgeous teacher in the room. Regardless, the same could not be sai for Professor Saix so sitting in the front was a no-no. As Namine entered her next class (on time mind you) she took the isolated seat in the back row. You could hardly here the teacher from here unless he was scolding a student but that was just fine. She had no reason to pay attention anyway. What would that be worth to her or Saix? While waiting for her fellow students to enter the room, Namine let her thoughts drift. And for the first time, they went right to Miss Aqua. Why? She didn't know. But she did know that nothing good could come of that. Miss Aqua, to put it bluntly, was probably one of the youngest, know-your-stuff teacher and more importantly; the prettiest. She had big breasts that boys oggled over, delicious curves on her waist, hips, and thighs that Namine knew every girl in the school would kill for when they already them, just a bit more subtly. Namine wished she was anything remotely close to Aqua pretty. She had a slim frame yes, but her curves were still just coming through. In her eyes she looked as though someone slapped a bunch of different body parts together and called it Namine. Small-ish bust, average hips, marvelous waist, average legs...she had nice traits, or at least she used to, but they just didn't fit on her body. She wasn't sure anything did. Sometimes, when Namine got like this, she'd look into the mirror and purposely find traits that were wrong with her. Just so she could remind herself she never would be beautiful or flawless. "Miss Clarke!" Namine looked up startled to see Professor Saix looming over her with a scowl etched onto his features. She could even see his blue hair bristling with irritation from here. "Kindly pay attention! I asked you if you knew who wrote the Declaration of Independence...foolish girl." Namine hate being asked questions. Her face burned up and whas worse, everyone was staring. "Well?" "...Th-Thomas Jefferson." Saix gave a stern nod before walking away to the front of his class to go on with his lecture. "I can't do anything right..."
  10. ((PFFT, and the best part is it'd be those exact words )) The weight supported by his hand was shifted to his knees as he used that hand to intertwine their fingers together, Riku's nose brushing against Haku's. He could feel the teens hand find a place in his hair and Haku's heartbeat was pounding out of his chest. Riku's lips just barely connected with the teen's before he kissed Haku a bit deeper, holding the teen in place. It would have proceeded had the silver haired teen not pulled away abruptly due to the lock clicking and Maleficent entering the room. "Children? I have news of your friend." ~~~ Miyu watched meekly as Sora began to attack the Chameleon until it appeared, writhing around in irritation. And she saw it. A little heartless emblem on it's chest. "Sora there!" She yelled, pointing desperately to the black and red symbol.
  11. Namine looked up at Demyx sadly, shaking her head. She wished that when she was upset drawing was what she turned to. That it was something classified as her personal heaven. But that wasn't even close to what it was for her. She didn't even vent through her art. In fact...Glancing at the time, Namine found only a few seconds remaining before class ended for today. She could leave and be done for today until the next day. "Demyx," She found herself reaching over to take a hold of her drawing booklet, her sleeve riding up to reveal several nasty bruises. "I don't have time to vent. Someone is usually using me for the venting." Just as she pulled away her sketches, the bell rang and she gathered her things quickly, exiting the room without a glance back. Did she feel guilty? Yes. But tomorrow was another day, if she made it till then anyway. Namine hung her head as usual, heading to her next class; History. And then Lunch where she just knew any normality left in her life would poof away.
  12. ((One of this options is correct.)) Riku placed a hand on Haku's cheek, moving his face towards his own again, locking bright aqua with gray. They were only a few breaths apart now. Even Riku wasn't sure what was coming over him. "Its just what Haku?" He questioned, his other hand on the floor to steady himself. ((I lied, next post you'll hate me )) ~~~ "Sora!" Miyu managed to move fast enough to duck the hand swinging around. Donald was in the back with Goofy, keeping Clayton distracted. There has to be a weak point...If it's invisible...Miyu hurried over to Sora, a claw skimming her cheek as she squeaked and clung to his shirt. "M-Maybe you should find a way to make it appear and findnits weak point--" She was cut off by the tail of the creature being spun around and getting her square in the stomach.
  13. ((>)) Riku scooted himself closer next to Haku, looking down at him. All of it was a lie? Rikubrefused to belief that. The silver haired teen positioned himself in frontmof Haku, staring into his gray eyes carefully. "Why do I doubt that? All those adventures we played, all those times we hid in cramped spaces together, all those days we would just lay next to each other on the beach, the 5 of us, it was all a facade on your behalf?" Riku asked lowly, not realizing that he was subconsciously leaning closer to Haku. ((You're gonna hate what I do in my next post )) ~~~ Miyu watched as Claytpn halted in his shooting, pulling back his weapon momentarily to step towards the large stone wall. Vibrations came from all around and suddenly rock scattered as a defining howl brisk through the air. Miyu ducked any oncoming boulders, overing her ears and crawling next to Sora. "What is that thing?!"
  14. So he knew. At some point, this relieved Namine. He knew she had tried to end her life, that she had been suicidal (and maybe still was) and he was willing to deal with that. Namine didn't know whether to thank him or not. Because she was ashamed beyond belief that someone as sweet as him had to tolerate such a depressing person. God forbid she rubbed off on him... "I figured Seniors would know...it's obvious when they all stare at you like a freak show." Namine hadn't meant to say that last bit outloud and raised her hands to clasp them over her mouth. Sure she was supposed to be talking this out but she didn't...she didnt want to give anything really personal away to him. She didn't want to scare him away. Namine looked to the side awkwardly, drumming her fingers on her knees. "So I guess that's what you think I am to right?"
  15. ((MAKE UP YOUR DAMN MIND WOMAN! REMEMBER THE CHIN LIFTING AND ALL IT'S SEXY GLORY?! THINK OF THE LOOOOOOOVE!!!)) Riku raised an eyebrow, resting his forearms on his knees while thinking back and still looking at Haku. "You didn't seem to care when we were younger. Hell half the time one of us would fall asleep on your lap and you'd be fine with it..." ~~~ They had been searching the whole World with the assistance of Tarzan and Donald and Goofy and still Miyu and Sora were left empty handed. They hadn't had any luck with the gorillas giving information either unfortunately and it seemed all that was left to do was head to the next World. At least that's what Miyu had been thinking a good ten minutes earlier. Now, she and Sora were standing defensively in front of some of the primates lingering, Clayton's gun aimed at them. Tarzan was already down and the blond wasn't sure she could even be so brave as to take a bullet. But one thing was certain. Clayton was not the same as he had been before.
  16. ((I lurve Riku's sweet side <3)) Riku paused, stopping his movements. Well he wasn't about to go all softy on Haku right now in this dark room with the two of them alone together...((WHOOT!)) "I guess you have a point. But for the moment I think we should trust her, get to know what she's like before making a judgement. And I feel like you don't...want to sit by me because you're afraid or something. I dunno', what's wrong with me sitting next to you? ~~~ ((Alright so since we all hate this world should we skip to the boss?))
  17. Namine flinched at the slight touch against her shoulder. No, it wasn't because he creeped her out, which he didn't--this Demyx fellow was actually very kind. Straightforward, but kind. She flinched due to the tenderness of her skin on her shoulder. She couldn't remember a time where her dad had made the wall see a tougher night. But Namine tried brushing it off the best she could, choosing to watch as Demyx leaf through her sketches and whatnot. He handled the pad with much care as she noticed, and was carefully sliding each page over his fingers, not winging to put the smallest tears in it. She had never seen anyone aside from her mother handle an object with that much care. Of course, the only object her mother eve handled with care was Namine herself. At that thought, her heart began to ache just slightly, past memories reigniting within her. Thankfully, Demyx's amazed voice short circuited her thought process, and she found he was pointing to a rather quick draw she had done a while back of her wealthy uncle, Luxord. He hardly came around anymore though... "That's...it's nothing...I was bored and, it's so old to..." Namine murmured, fidgeting slightly. Whether it was because he was being praised for the first time in a year or she was simply in the presence of Demyx she didnt know. But finally, she had to ask. "Demyx..." The blond started, looking up at the blond seriously. "Do you know why you have to start counseling me at all?"
  18. ((I'll reply when I get to my room at like 9:30. My dad is watching me like a radar, sorry 'bout that. I didn't forget about it, I just haven't had a chance to respond.)) Riku blinked. "Don't trust her? Why? She saved us didn't she? And maybe she can help us fond Kairi and them." Riku reasoned, making a move to cross ove to where Haku was. He'd never admit it but it was a bit lonely to not have him next to him. At least then he knew he would be listening to him. ~~~ Miyu nodded, holding her new staff tightly and looking around. "Okay...but if we don't find anything..." She exhaled heavily, heading towards a path on the side that lead to a clearing. She didn't understand why Sora wasn't as weary about the people here. Especially that Clayton dude. Who was watching her the whole time as she walked away. "We should head this way."
  19. Namine clutched the sketchbook a bit closer to her body before she nodded slightly, her fingers tracing up to tug loosely at the edges of her blond hair. "So...basically. This session is an excuse to get out of Miss Aqua's math?" She didn't mean for it to come out as accusing as she did and she immediately sunk into her seat deeper, face flushed like a tomato. That was so rude of her and she hadn't even intended on it. Morenof a reason she was a horrible person. "I-I'm sorry, I just...I meant it as in..." Giving up, Namine, looked up glumly at Demyx, slipping her sketch pad onto the table, closed, towards Demyx. "I draw, I guess. But I'm not that good." At the last bit Demyx spoke, she let her lips twitch upward in a pitying smile. But it was self pity really. "And...sometimes crooked lines and uneven pictures are the best kind. Disorted art is really meaningful sometimes.
  20. Riku watched in slight disappointment as Haku got up and moved away from him. It was as if he was afraid to stay by him for to long. "I'm...yes, I guess. She did take us from that in-between place earlier." Riku admitted, looking over at Haku. "Is it really tha necessary to sit over there?" ~~~ Miyu nodded, still a bit reluctant to admit that this world was a bit of a waste. How could this happen, how could...how could they get separated like this?
  21. Namine blinked, looking at the hand hesitantly. Demyx...she recalled hearing the name before but she couldn't place where exactly. Placing her pencil down, Namine delicately shook Demyx's hand, her nimble fingers warmed instantly by his touch. His grasp wasnt overwhelmingly strong nor weak; just right. "Hi Demyx..." She said softly, withdrawing he hand and looking down at the drawing pad in her lap. She didn't know what to say, she hadn't signed up for this willingly. She could only hope Demyx knew what he was doing and what he was in fir. That she was just a huge waste of time. "Listen...I'm not...I'm sorry you have to skip clas for this. You could be doing something important, but..."She trailed off, her posture growing tense. Was it so hard to tell this teen to just forget about her?
  22. Riku gave a slight nod. That was true, Haku did like to play what would be called make believe a lot as a kid. He vaguely remembered on time when he said he could make a fire with a piece of gum, a rock, and a Junior Mint he had found in Kairi's pocket. Obviously that wasn't true. But they'd have to believe it sooner or later that Haku really was a bit of a bastard... "True, true. Remember that time you said you could make a spark with a rock, gum, and candy?" Riku chuckled. "That was pretty funny." ~~~ ((Cause.)) Clayton shook his head, crossing his fingers behind his back. Malificent had ordered that none of them were even allowed to consider entertaining Sora and his friend information on The others, being the Princess of Heart, Riku and Haku. "Neve heard of 'em." Miyu gave a crestfallen look, slumping her shoulders gently. "You're kidding me..."
  23. Riku paled dramatically, head whipping to look at the teen. How did he know he opened the door? That couldn't be right...no one should have known right? But instead of voicing his worry he get a hardened gaze fixated on Haku. "And what reasons do you have to hide things from your friends?" ~~~ "I'm Clayton, nice to meet you chum. Here to hunt the gorrillas?" He asked, giving a cruel grin, beady eyes dismayed slightly. Miyu backed away, looking incredulously at the man and then at Tarzan. "You're hunting them?!" Clayton quickly covered his words. "Of course not, little miss, that's a term used for, er, examining them."
  24. ((I swear, you make the perfect Demyx~)) Namine had waited. And waited. And waited for a quarter of an hour for her therapist to show up. Sure 2nd period was the longest period they had but even still, it hurt to know she was being put of for so long. She could just picture some jock or cheerleader complaining about theydidnt want to be stuck with some Sophtmore runt. That was their problem she supposed but she hated being such a burden. At least, that's what she thought before her counselor entered the room. Her face paled. It was a guy. And an older guy no less. His hair was chopped in a faux mullet, mohawk style and had a dirty blond with hints of brown color. Aqua eyes glinted apologetically, which was something new for Namine. His skin was fair, not to tan like most football players and other guys in the school, and he had some sort of instrument with him. And when he spoke she knew why. Even while talking there was an audible melodical lilt to his voice. "Uh, hey there." Namine opened her mouth to speak but felt the blood flush to her cheeks. Not only was he a guy but he was attractive to. And he was stuck with her. Some back of the class, art major, freak. How wonderful...She probably looked like a slug compared to the girls he's been around. "H...H-Hello." Namine said quietly, gripping her pencil tighter, blue eyes filled to the brim with insecurity. "I-I'm...Namine Clarke."
