Dark Memories

"Yeah, i'll be fine." Amelia said to Kerri with a smile. She lipped on her shoes and walked out the front door. She read a sign about school reopening tomorrow and she wondered how long it would be before they closed it again and headed to the market.

Amelia grinned. "Hmm, well they should be here." She said as she stood on her tip toes reaching h the pan in the cabinet. She pulled it out and handed it to Kerri. "There ya go." she said as crossed her arms. "i think i'll go to the store and go get some stuff." she said walkinf over to her room.

"im fine." she said to Jason not even bothering to look at him as she searched around the kitchen. "Maybe so, Kerri hows your foot holding up?" she said as she took another bite out of her food.

Amelia nodded and headed into the kitchen. She cleared the table and put out what all was in her fridge on the table which wasnt much. "Guess if we all needa eat, we need food first." She said grabbing some food and scarfing it down. "Kai, he's been coming to my dad for a while now. didnt know he was a werewolf."

"You would have changed with or without me. Im leaving you all with Kai, he knows more about this than i do. And he can help." Tichelli said as he grabbed a brief case and looked at them all, he sighed. He stepped out of thebdoor. Amelia didnt even know if she was even mad anymore. More sad then mad was what she felt. She felt a pain in her side from when jason had scratched her and she looked to see how deep the wound was, but it was no longer there. "Holy crap." she said to herself.

Tichelli nodded to Kai. "i need a favor, watch them over please. my plane leaves soon. and i need to get going. would you mid keeping an eye on ALL of them?" he said as he walked over to Amelia. "I am sorry." he said kissing her on the forehead. "i'll be back soon, you needa trust me." Amelia only laughed sarcastically.

"The thing about her change is quite correct. Except not about the antidote. Unfortunately there isn't an antidote, and there never was one, nor will there ever be. The injection given to you, was to make the change come faster. Of course Jason and Amelia changed quicker than all of you for they've had it in their systems longer. So even if i didn't inject you with the enhancement you would have changed either way. Your body and this virus combined together, usually a virus eats away at it but this time they've decided to combine. Why? i do not know. But i was indeed right about the changes, and now i need to leave town for a couple months to get more 'antidote' for others." Tichelli said as he looked at Amelia. "You must all stick together. I'm leaving that book behind so you guys can figure something out while im gone."

"Me? Tell you whats going on with the decision you made?! It was everyone's decision to get the antidote. But if you really want to know, stop holding down my daughter and get inside, you too Amelia!" He said as he headed back into the living room. Amelia was a bit shaken up but went around to the front door and entered to the living room. She stood there for a minute or so and crossed her arms. "Go ahead, tell us what's going to happen to everyone. Tell me why i couldn't control myself, tell me why i felt completely helpless!" She said raising her voice.

Amelia screamed. Her heart felt as if it had completely stopped she closed her eyes. Her breathing had drastically gone down from the moment before and she no longer had a sore feeling in her body. She opened her eyes and the golden yellow was fading back to a brown. Jason came into focus as he was on top of her. Her heart rate jolted and she tried to squirm free of him. Tichelli ran to Amelia's room and looked through the shattered window at Amelia and Jason. "What is going on?!"

Amelia layed in the grass breathing heavily. She laughed and felt her fangs come in. She hauled herself up and pushed Jason against the wall. She had her claws wrapped around his throat and then a sudden pain in her spine made her drop to the floor. Amelia felt her back arching into a different position then it originally was.She yelped in pain. stop, stop, stop!

Amelia flinched as he touched her. she turned around quickly scratching him with her claws. "I told you to go away!" She said furiously as her eyes changed from a brown to a golden yellow. why cant i control this, i can see what im doing but my thoughts dont reach my body! I need to fight this like he said! Amelia was fighting herself inside her thoughts.

Amelia was hunched over her bed, her heart was beating faster than usual, she didn't know what was happening but it felt like she was being eaten alive by it. She heard a knock on the door and then a sudden pain in her hand, she squealed and saw claws slowly growing on her hands. "Dont come in!" She yelled through the door to whoever was knocking. "Leave me alone!" she yelled.

"While he's gone we'll figure this all out without him." Amelia said as she sighed and saw them all react to the antidote. Is this how i acted when i was injected? I just wish, i had never come to Tichelli in the first place. She thought as she sighed and looked at her father, i was better off without him. "i'll be right back you guys." Amelia said as she stood up and went to a small room in the back of the house, her room. She closed the door and breathed heavily. Is this really happening? Oh my goodness, i cant deal with this. She thought as she slumped on her head. Ugh what was he thinking! Amelia was finally to the point where she was absolutely furious.

Amelia nodded at Jason and looked at Kerri with wide eyes. "This is just one big sick joke." Amelia said, then she turned to Kira. "He'll be leaving soon, he mentioned it somewhat to me. Hopefully we get more answers out of that than of him."

"i have no clue, this somewhat scares me. its like i dont know, maybe this is something he's planning." Amelia said as she sighed. She looked at Kerri. "He's going to go out of town soon, he locks up his research here when he does, im planning to get into it."

Tichelli nodded a head back and stepped aside to let the boy pass. "Wait here while i get the supplies." And he headed to the kitchen. "A couple days ago, he gave me this book." she whispered to Kerri as she showed her the lycanthropes book. "im starting to think he's getting his science mixed up with magical fables, i really dont think he's helping anyone, just trying to experiment on things you know?" Amelia whispered as she kept and eye on Tichelli. Tichelii walked back to thr boy with a syringe. "This may hurt a little and try not to move, it takes effect quite quickly."

Amelia looked at Kerri. "i feel fine. im okay honestly, even though i didnt even know i had gotten that injection." Amelia sighed. "Things are just going crazy. My da- i mean Tichelli isnt being completely honest." She whispered back to her as Tichelli was at the door.

Tichelli's mind was exploding. He didn't know what to do really. He heard a knock on the door. A little boy was there. "Hello, how can i help you?" Tichelli asked looking at the dog he had with him."Are you here to learn more of the virus?"

"Just stay put for a bit. If you move to much you might feel really sick." Tichelli said as Amelia came through the door. She went to pick up her book and sat at his desk and began to read it again. Tichelli sighed. "So everyones injected?" Tichelli said as he put the antidote into the freezer. "Do you guys have any questions," he started as he looked back at Amelia and then to the others, " this might be tough for all of you."

Tichelli nodded, swabbed her arm, and injected it as well. "Well you all should stick around for a bit, so i know this us working for you as well as Jason and Amelia." He nodded at Jason but realized Amelia had left, he sighed and looked at his desk with the pile of papers. Amelia walked around in circles around the house. Her head felt like it was about to explode. Ever since she had been taken in by Tichelli she didnt expect anything that had happened. She sat on the concrete, and started thinking. Her back, hands and just everything was aching. Amelia remembered Tichelli telling her to read a book on lycanthropes. "But he cant really think we're werewolves can he? thats just stupid and imaginary. But so is this virus and everything thats going on." She said to herself. She looked at her hands. "We're not animals. He cant be reffering to us that way. And he knows he cant help anyone. He isnt even helping us. Hes just ugh! Dont even know.." she said leaning back on the grass and looking at the clouds.

Tichelli didnt bother explaining. He knew things they didnt, but as long as they thought what they did, he would be okay with it. "Alrighty, lets get this done. You first." He said to Kerri filling up the syringe. He swabbed her arm and injected the "antidote" slowly. Sit for a couple of seconds. If you move around too much you may get naseated.

"i know you all want to help your loved ones, but, it is a long shot, they may not react the same way to this as you. Amelia," he said turning to her, "in the freezer is a bottle, with the antidote. fetch it for me please." She nodded and headed to to freezer. Tichelli said Amelia and Jason had been injected but she didnt remember. She grabbed the antidote and headed back. Tichelli grabbed it and held it up to eye level. "Ahh, there is only so little for every one of you."
