  1. I used to collect Pokemon cards and still have binders full of complete sets somewhere but I never played the game. If I were to play one it would be Yugioh because it looks the most interesting to me but the last thing I need is another potentially expensive and time consuming geek hobby.
  2. I on NES II(US) and III(US) on SNES I, II, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX on PS1 XII on PS2 I, II, IV, V, VI on GBA III and IV on DS IV:AY on WiiWare I'm missing X and X-2, which I've been meaning to get for a long time. I also intend on picking up I, II, and IV Complete Collection on PSP at somepoint. I have no interest in the MMO ones XI and XIV, and I probably won't get XIII until I can finally afford a PS3.
  3. It seems like too much and yet not enough. I spend 2-3 hours a day just trolling my favorite sites, 1-2 hours a day in multiple quick bursts of Facebook time. I've got a long list of anime series that I'm trying to catch up on so every once in a while I spend 2-5 hours watching/downloading series from my list. I spend 2-3 hours a day several times a week going through the job listings. Two or three times a week I dedicate 2-5 hours on MapleStory; which I'm not sure why I still bother with it. Really I just depends on my random whims, I chose 6-10 but you can easily see that I can exceed that.
  4. I think you forgot a "They both sound like pretty awful ideas!!!" option. As much as I liked Advent Children and would enjoy seeing a CGI KH movie. The reason why Advent Children worked is because they knew they were never going to do a follow up game. KH is a franchise that we know is going to be carried on far into the future, so it just doesn't seem feasible to me. Besides my fellow KH fans already complain that there are too many side games; you know they'd never stop complaining if there was a side movie or series.
  5. I always found Summons bothersome and I rarely used them. D-Links just seemed more convenient to me but by the end of the game I wasn't really using them either. Still out of the two I used D-Links alot more.
  6. No, it wasn't enough. There was little new news there other than a percentage of completion for KH3D and confirmation of what I had already figured out, that this title was going to focus on the data that AtW placed in Sora.
  7. Sadly no, KH titles always come out so late into each systems life cycle that I've already purchased the system for other games.
  8. After having BbS for about nine months, I finally sat down a few weeks ago and finished it. Once I can drum up some cash I'm going to get my hands on Re: CoM. Then I'll probably go after the DS titles.
  9. I'm still rockin' my Nokia N85, which was top of the line 2.5 years ago when I bought it. You know before all this touch screen carp.
  10. I've been out of work almost a full two years but it hasn't been all bad since I've been able to be a full time student. I have an AAS in Business Information Systems and an AS in Management Information Systems. I'm trying to break into real IT Development but a lack of actual experience in the field is kicking my bum.
  11. I'm 32 years old and just graduated with my second two year degree. I'm still hoping to be entering a four year program in the fall.
  12. Congrats to the three winners!!! I was trying to come up with my own detailed theory like DeathSkull3000 but I was busy with other things. Maybe next time.
  13. That article at gamersyndrome (a site I never heard of before) is pure speculation based on an article from heartstation, which does quote Nomrua as saying, "About the next title, Kingdom Hearts 3 depends on Final Fantasy XIII Versus, but development of the next title is already underway." People assumed that the next title he was talking about was Kingdom Hearts III, when he was actually talking about Re:coded or KH3D. The article at joystiq quotes Nomrua as saying, "Regarding III, fans and partners alike are pressing us for it, so we'll work to realize it as soon as possible." This means that Nomrua has been thinking about it. If this was a game that has already been in development for a year I truly doubt we would be here speculating about it (at least not in this manner).
  14. I think that regardless of Nomura's timetable of a new game every year the KH team will take a long break (6 to 12 months) after completing Verses XIII. Assuming that Nomura has the story completely hammered out, art direction and planning will start Q3 3012 with full production ramping up Q1 2013. If PS3 remains the target platform I think they could fast track the game for early 2015 in Japan and late 2015 internationally. However, if we see a new console generation by then this could easily slip 1 to 1.5 years. The BbS team.. thats it?! and wouldnt that make them the Dream drop team? I believe they're still internally called the Osaka team.
  15. No offense, but how can you even be a KH fan and not expect that BbSV2 is another game? Did you watch the BbS:FM ending? How many Secret Endings have there been that haven't tied directly into or alluded to the next game? Why would Nomura bother to put a Secret Episode into BbS:FM that served no purpose? We don't know that Aqua and Mickey are the only playable characters in the game or at all. As it takes place between BbS and KH1 there's approximately nine years worth of pretty important events that take place in this time. We could see any number of Xehanorts apprentices in this game. I would like to see Isa and Lea as playable characters, though it would probably have to be way before Mickey shows up. It's pretty obvious that this is a game. It may not be the next game as it's still unannounced. I don't know what size the Osaka team is but if it's a decent sized team it wouldn't be unusual for them to be working on two projects. I haven't read about h.a.n.d. doing anything currently, so they could be tapped to work on KH3D.
  16. The reason that we have more info on KH3D than BbSV2 is because KH3D is being pushed out front to increase anticipation of 3DS, not because it's further along. If BbSV2 was coming for NGP certainly we would have seen it at Sony's event. Since we didn't it's almost guaranteed that it's a PSP project but certainly we'll know for sure by E3. I'd expect that they're reusing assets from BbS but that world maps will be rearranged as they have in the past. Explained as damaged caused from the worlds falling. If it does take place primarily in the RoD then there will probably be some new RoD areas/maps to explore.
  17. I'm assuming that this is going to be a UMD only PSP release. From a business perspective I'd say that they'll want to release before PSP2, because afterwards wallets are going to be tapped out. I'm going to say we'll start seeing more a few months before E3 2011, a nearly complete build at E3 2011, and Japanese release a few months after E3 2011 or certainly before the end of the year. International releases I expect will not come until after the new year. Then KH3D and possibly KHbBSV2:FM in late 2012 or early 2013 for Japan.
  18. Now that Sora and by extension Roxas are aware of Ven's situation, I think it makes sense that they take the journey together to restore Ven. ...sorry, Riku fanpeeps.
  19. I really wasn't arguing that fact. I could argue that there's no evidence that Ven's heart manifested as Sora's nobody but his nobody took Ven's appearance simply because of the presence of Ven's heart inside Sora's. That would be splitting hairs but would explain why Roxas doesn't know that he's Ven. My point was that Sora unlocked his heart of his own free will and that no matter what he would have (and did) leave a nobody behind. Just as Master Xehanort unlocked his own heart of his own free will. Yes, it did transfer to Terra but he still left his body behind and in doing so created a nobody, which I believe to be MF.
  20. Not entirely true. A nobody can only be born if someone dies and they lose their heart. MX never lost his, he just transferred it to Terra's body so there can't be a nobody. Plus this fight occurs before the final battle at the keyblade graveyard My guess is its an entirely new character to the series that serves as a "man behind the curtain" figure that will have substantial canonical value in the future. Its either that or they just through in a boss fight for shits n giggles I agree with davidgir123 it's just logical that MF is MX's nobody. The other theories I've read are pretty ridiculous (no offense). Door2Darkniss, where is it written that a nobody can only be born if someone dies and they lose their heart? Sora, unlocked his heart to release Kairi's and extenuating circumstances aside still would have left a nobody behind. Remember this is a game where no one truly dies; they just loose their heart and they always leave a nobody behind, it doesn't matter if you release your own heart or it's taken by darkness. I'd venture the only way to not leave a nobody behind is to die of a natural cause.
  21. Xehanort Chart I made this flow chart to help myself understand things better. Unless something bizarre happened with Terra's heart it would make since that Ansem (SoD) will be the first form returning. However, I don't see anything bizarre happening with Terra's heart because it's supposed to be locked in with MX's inside of Ansem (SoD). Without getting both MF and Terra's heart out of the mix there is no way for MX to return yet.
