  1. With the official Funko Twitter account confirming that more Kingdom Hearts III Pop! figures are coming soon, we here at KH13 would like to make a quick guide on the KH3 line of Pops. We will cover the Pops that have released, the ones coming soon, and the ones which have been rumoured to release soon. Non-exclusives: The Funko Pop! figures that have, or are going to be released. They should be available from any retailer that sells Funko Pops! KH3 Sora: Released Soldier Heartless: Released Sora Monsters Inc.: Released Donald Monsters Inc.: Released Goofy Monsters Inc.: Released Vanitas: Coming Soon KH3 Riku: Coming Soon KH3 Mickey: Coming Soon Exclusives: Pops that are exclusives have stickers on the lower right hand corner denoting this. Sora Guardian Form (Walmart): Released Sora Drive Form (Best Buy): Coming Soon Nov. 23, 2018 Sora Toy Story (Hot Topic): Coming Soon Sora Dual Blasters (GameStop😞 Coming Soon Nov. 2018 Rumored: We have reported here at KH13 that the Meow Wow Ride Pop is rumored to be coming soon. It is rumored to be Gamestop Exclusive. As of now, no official confirmation for the Pop has been announced. List of US retailers that sell KH Pop! Funko: Hot Topic Gamestop Best Buy Walmart Barnes & Nobles Amazon BoxLunch F.Y.E. Toy Tokyo Purchasing Tips: Funko can have an interesting release schedule. Some will be announced and not be for sale for months, and others will be announced and be on store shelves within a few weeks. Exclusive Pops tend to have better release schedules as the exclusive retailer is more likely to announce when they will go on sale. Online shopping for Funkos can be tricky. Pops can sell out quickly online if a store page is even published. Your best bet is to follow us here at KH13, follow your preferred local store’s social media pages, and popular social media accounts known to post Funko news. Hot Topic, BoxLunch, and F.Y.E make posts for their individual store and have a leaning for Funko Pops. Instagram is where we have noted is these stores tend to be more active on. GameStop is a great place for pre-ordering Funko Pops. Just like how they do their video game pre-orders, all you have to do put down a $5 deposit to have them hold it for you. You can pay it fully anytime before, or on the day of release. Check their pre-order listings to see if they have your preferred Pop! Amazon can also be a great source to find Pops. Be aware, however, that pre-orders for Pops can be a hassle. Pop release dates fluctuate. You can pre-order the Pop early and receive a different shipping date 3-4 days after it is released. If you wish to pre-order from Amazon but want the Prime 2-Day shipping, make sure to buy it as close as to the release date. If the retailers do not have these Pops, eBay and PPG Marketplace is a great source to find Pops, albeit at higher prices. As a recent example, Walmart has allowed for Sora Guardian Form to be on for sale twice. Both times, the Pop sold out in mere minutes. Within a few days, the Pop became available on both eBay and PPG. We hope that you found our Funko Pop! quick guide useful! We will update this article and our coverage as more Pops are confirmed and released. [uPDATE] Oct. 14, 2018: Sora Dual Blasters was revealed and removed from the rumored section of this article. [uPDATE] Oct. 15, 2018: Vanitas, Riku, and Mickey Pops have been revealed. They have been removed from the rumored section. Are you planning to get any of these Pops? Let us know! View full article

  4. So! I will never forget how hard this boss was. I have only beated 2 bosses in the KH series (so far) Julius and Yozora, and they have been the hardest bosses I beated in my life. I studied Yozora's movement's on YouTube for one week. I played 4h a day to practice! Beating Yozora was basically my part-time job When I finally beated him I started jumping and screaming I was in the first floor of my house and they could hear me even in the third floor. I was trembling so bad but really happy, it felt like a catarsis. What about you!

  20. What do you think of Data Greeting? It's the new photo mode in the Re:Mind DLC. It has limitless possibilities and scenarios that allows our creativity to go crazy! I myself am enjoying it immensely in the measly 30 minutes I've dabbled in it. Share any that you've come up with!
  21. The Los Angeles Times have published an interview with the director of the Kingdom Hearts series, Tetsuya Nomura. Here, Nomura discusses Kingdom Hearts III, revealing new details such as the philosophy of Kingdom Hearts III's development, a confirmation that the series will continue after Kingdom Hearts III, and a mention of the gameplay having a strong relation to that of Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance]. Thanks to the Los Angeles Times, we have created a full transcript of the interview for you below.
  22. Hi everyone! I'm a lifelong Kingdom Hearts fan, and regular lurker on KH13 (especially at times like this when we're all waiting for the update and ReMind to drop XD). I don't tend to post anywhere nowadays (sometimes on reddit), but I think I was pretty active on forums back in the pre-KH2 days haha. Over the past nine months I've been writing an essay - called Kingdom Hearts III: A Conclusion without a Story - which analyses Kingdom Hearts III’s approach to storytelling; viewed both from the perspective of a player, and the perspective of a writer/game designer (hence being released on Gamasutra). My intention was to examine the game’s structure, ideas, and mistakes, and draw out numerous lessons that could be applicable to the reader’s own game – all centred around a main hypothesis. The hope is that anyone can read and enjoy it, but that developers will gain a lot more from the topics explored. As I mention in the article, while I adore the series, this critique is largely written from a game developer’s perspective, albeit with the insights (and frustrations) of a lifelong fan. Anyway, we start off slow, but I think I managed to extract a lot of interesting points and insights overall (especially in the later topics) - things that I'd definitely never thought about before in relation to the series. So whether you agree or disagree with my points, I hope anyone that takes the time enjoys reading it! Thank you very much for your time! And if nothing else, it's something else to read while waiting for ReMind =P I apologise if I've posted this in the wrong forum. I was considering posting it in Creative Media, but an essay didn't seem to quite fit the descriptions and other content I found there.
