  1. I've been changing my signature and profile picture every month to a different Sanrio character. Last month it was Pompompurin, Feburary it was My Sweet Piano, and January it was Cinnamoroll. This month it is Little Twin Stars!!
  2. "I'm staying here, Ryder." Allan insist, looking at him straight in the eyes. "I know that Michael and the other people affected were drugged...but knowing that anybody in this building could turn into that at a moments notice leaves a pit in my chest. I've seen monsters act out before, but what my partner did back there was something I had never seen from a monster." Allan was dead serious, trying to explain to Ryder his concern. Ryder looked down at Allan. "I understand, Allan. There is not much I can say to the Warden nor Evington...but I promise if you need someone to talk to, I am here." Ryder reassured him, letting him rest. It was about two hours later when the Warden knocked at the door, stepping into the infirmary. "Is Allan still here? I wish to take him back to the office for some questioning about the events." Allan heard The Warden, sluggishly getting out of the bed he lay in, walking over and standing in front of the door long enough to hear Ryder defending him. Once The Warden threatened him, Allan threw open the door. "I'll go with her, Ryder." he stepped out from behind Ryder. "However...Warden I don't know exactly what rules you are entitled to follow when it comes to the health of your workers, but I am going to go out of my way to let you know that I do not appreciate the way that you have pulled me out of medical leave and threw me right back into a dangerous situation that hurt me once again. If I didn't know better, it almost looks like you're putting me into situations that could kill me so you could get rid of me. Did I know that I was going to be attacked by a werehyena? No. But you want to know what I did know? That either me or Michael was going to die today. Before I left, I was approached by a reaper who warned me of the death of me or Michael. I could have died today and you wouldn't have thought twice about loosing your only human. You could have lost your best detectives Warden without even thinking twice about that. You need to pay better attention to the missions you are sending people out on. Do you want to know why so many of your detectives are ending up dead? Because you are not properly assessing the danger of the situations you are sending your workers out on." Allan took a breathe. "Now you will listen to me. Take me down to see Michael and administer some of the cure to him. I need to have a word with him, and then I will allow you to question me. However, after that, you will leave both me and Michael alone, and once he is stable, you will take him out of confinement." Allan point a finger at The Warden. "Excuse me now." he stepped out of the way of Ryder and Warden, stepping outside.
  3. (Was that the goriest post I've ever seen??? Probably not.) Allan kept firing, trying to get away from the werehyena, but every time he would get away, the suspect would only come back to attack. The werehyena roared, suddenly pouncing at Allan, but Michael had gotten up, and tackled the werehyena down. What stemmed from that was a bloody, gory mess, all in front of Allan's eyes. His hands shook, bile in his throat, his gun falling to the ground, pupils shrunk, face pale. A hand came over his mouth, Allan bursting back to life, putting his hands up and pushing back, only to realize it was Tabitha. Allan pushed her hand off his mouth, before she took his hand, leading him out of the place. M&M members quickly closing the metal door, sealing it. "Allan." The Warden stare down at him. "Are you alright?" She asked, glancing at him in search of any wounds. "Michael didn't hurt you, did he?" Tabitha placed her arm around Allan as he just began sobbing uncontrollably. The Warden took a deep breath, remembering what Jacabo told her about the fact that humans are fragile people. "Tabitha, take him back to M&M please, quickly." The Warden instruct. "Yes ma'am." Tabitha nod, gently leading Tabitha along. Tabitha and Allan rode back together. "He hurt you, didn't he?" Tabitha asked her eyes on the road. Allan nod. Bruises from Michael's hands on his arms, a gash on his head from Michael slamming his head into the concrete, he probably had a concussion. "I'm not forgiving him for doing that to you Allan. I don't care is he was drugged. He knows better." Tabitha hissed, stepping on the gas. "Tabitha." Allan rasped. Tabitha looked over at Allan for a second, who held up the vial of white liquid. "I have the cure." Allan whispered. "How did you even?? Allan, you are amazing!" Tabitha smiled bright, pulling into M&M. She took Allan straight to Ryder, and alert The Warden and Evington that Allan had the cure. Back with Ryder, Allan sat upon a bed as Ryder wrapped a bandage around the gash on Allan's head. "Michael did this to you?" Ryder was a little shocked himself. "And a werehyena...and I fell down some stairs." Allan was grim in his words. Ryder nodded in understanding. "Ryder, I can't...I can't face him." Allan shook his head, his eyes still watery. Ryder looked down, his eyes meeting Allan's. "And that is okay."
  4. The suspect screamed at Allan to shut up, so Allan shut his mouth. He even went to calling him a traitor. That wasn't the first time Allan heard it and it surely wouldn't be the last. Allan clicked his tongue, "Monsters themselves are a danger to every kind there is, but so are humans". This guy was crazy, laughing, holding a vial high. "You see this, detective?" He asked. "Yes. Yes I do see it." Allan grit his teeth. "This," He shook the liquid's container. "Is the cure. The only known antidote to my sickness." He said, holding it high in the air. "Perfect." "The only vial I've created, and the only one that exists." He said, a smirk on his face as he saw Allan's eyes follow the liquid. This man threw it into the air. Wow, that was really smart. Allan lept after it, sliding on the ground to catch it, holding it in his hands before stashing it away with him. However, while Allan was saving the vial, the man had a plan of his own. He reach into his pocket, taking out a syringe with a red liquid inside. With hesitation, he proceeded to stab the syringe into his own arm, injecting the liquid within him. Allan's eyes shot back, this man just turned himself into a monster. "Oh shit." Allan cursed, the man laughing inhumanely. A werehyena. The man bared his fangs at Allan, Allan scrambling up. The suspect charged straight at Allan, Allan swiftly heading for the stairs, turning back to look at the suspect, letting off a shot and rushing down the stairs, the man right on his back, his claws taking a swipe at Allan, and as Allan attempt to dodge, he tumbled down the stairs. Allan groan in pain at the bottom of the stairs. That hurt like hell. Allan scrambled up through, the suspect right behind him. Allan took off, headed right towards the metal door Michael destroyed earlier, leaping through, running past Michael (who was still on the ground), and stopping. Shit! He went the wrong freaking way! There was no exit to the round room, he should have just lept out the window. Allan pressed himself against the wall, shooting rounds of silver bullets at the werehyena, praying M&M would be on the way soon.
  5. Allan and the suspect stood with guns point at each other. "Yes, I am working with them. It is my job. A job that I actually like." Allan smarted off at the man. "Proving their existence is the worst idea I have heard in a long time. Proving their existence not only threatens your life, but also the lives of every single person and monster breathing right now. This is not crazy talk, this is the truth." Allan did not lower his gun. "Yes, I have been hurt by monsters multiple times, hell, I was just hurt by my own partner. However, if they cause havoc, it is the job of M&M to set the monsters straight in means we see necessary. M&M has deemed you a monster, even though you are human. That's a pitifully low place to be." Allan kept himself from smirking at the irony. "So you have a couple of options. I eradicate you, or I take you into custody, or, once M&M get here, which they are on their way, they will deal with you. Trust me, our Warden isn't so sweet either." Allan cautiously stepped forwards, the suspect shaking. "Don't step any closer!!" the man threatened. "And you don't step any farther." Allan point the gun at the suspects feet, threatening to fire. "I will shoot your foot." he hissed. The suspect froze. "You will wait here with me, or you will get shot." Allan's glare met the suspect, moving his gun to the suspects head. (Allan is like so pissed, It's a miracle he didn't just blow this dudes brain out)
  6. "Shit." Allan cursed, Michael's body arching back as he held his head. Allan stepped to run from him, but as he lurched forwards, Michael was already in front of him. Michael's hands slammed Allan's head into the concrete wall, the radio sending feedback for a second. Concrete crumbled beside Allan as he cried out in pain, his ears ringing, eyes turning painfully to Michael. His fangs bared, eyes wild as his fangs just a little ways away from drinking Allan dry or ripping him apart. "A...Allan...!!!" Michael spoke, his voice raspy. Allan pulled up his arm with the stake before Michael hissed out his name again, slamming Allan to the floor, Michael even closer to his neck, ready for the kill. Allan drew his hand back, "Allan...!!!". Allan's hand thrust forward, Michael catching it, and aiding him, the wooden stake driving into Michael's chest. Michael did not let go of Allan's hands. "Allan...r...run...!!!" Michael whispered, pushing the stake further. Blood spilled all over Allan's uniform and down his arms, Michael gently pressed his forehead to Allan's. Michael's eyes were worried for a second, while Allan's were full of horror. "...stop him...Allan..." Allan forced his hands away from Michael's, scrambling up, and towards the metal door that was ready to bend at any second. Allan used what he learned in training, and pushed that door hard enough to where the crashed to the ground. Michael trashed as Allan ran, he ran down the long hallway, the music fading away. The suspect heard the door crash down, sticking his head out of a doorway to see what it was, and was met with Allan running full speed down the hallway. The suspect duck his head back inside the doorway, locking the door behind him and retreat into whatever room he was in. Allan threw himself against the door as it closed. "OPEN THIS F***ING DOOR OR I'LL OPEN IT FOR YOU." Allan screamed at the suspect. Radio feedback came through the hallways. "Oh, what a sharp mouth. Are you sure you want to open that door? It will be a tragedy for you, or for your little detective friend." the suspect laughed manically. Allan let out a frustrated noise and began to kick the door down with the passion he had left in him. It took a couple of shoves, but it broke from its hinges, falling onto stairs leading up. (OH NOW I GET TO MAKE YOU MAKE A CHOICE HAHAHA)
  7. https://www.gofundme.com/arnold-family-house-fire-fund just putting this up just incase anyone wants to help my extended family through their house fire...they lost everything
  8. Michael jumped down the hatch first, Allan was quick to follow, staying close behind Michael as he instructed him to send coordinates to the Warden. "On it." Allan opened his phone, and after just a couple of seconds had coordinates sent to the Warden. To: WARDEN We are okay for right now. Sending you our location. XXX-XXX-XXX. Will call if backup is needed. Be on standby. OTHELLO They walked further down the dark hall, Allan trailing right behind his partner before they came to an open space. As soon as Michael questioned where they were, a door right behind Allan slammed shut, and blinding white lights suddenly shone upon the two. The buzz of the lights was all they heard for a second before a radio crackled, a speaker was inside the walls. "Hello?! Is this working?!" Allan jumped at the sudden voice. Michael scanning the room for a camera, demanding to know who the hell just locked them up here. Michael showed his badge to a camera that was quite hard to spot. Michael explained who they were, asking the voice if the strange activity in this area was his doing. "Detectives, huh?" There was silence before the voice laughed loudly. "Right, detectives! Sorry about that!" Allan rolled his eyes, who the hell was this guy? He was cocky and Allan didn't like it. "...don't you patronize me, monster." Michael growled at this, Allan stepping back a tad. This was the guy responsible for all of this! Shit. That isn't good. Michael questioned, the voice answered his reasons...but Allan realized something as the man spoke. This dude thought Allan was a monster. HA! Michael ran for the door on the other side of the room, charging at it with his strength, and began to bend the metal. Before he could bring it down, however, a purple smoke suddenly filled the room. "Michael! Don't breathe it in!" Allan frantically called. Too late. Michael's body wrecked violently, he cough as he fell to his knees. He gasped for air as his eyes began to glow, his pupils turning into slits as his teeth sharpened like canines. He scratched the floor beneath, coughing and gasping as his body convulsed. The man laughed. "Do you feel it? Do you feel yourself returning to your roots? To what truly makes you what you are?" Allan scrambled to Michael's side, placing a hand on his shoulder that was met with a growl from him, his eyes turning sharply to Allan. Allan's heart skip a beat, his breath stopping as Michael stared at him inhumanly. Allan stepped away, sharply turning his eyes to the camera. "I've always wanted to watch two monsters fight." The voice chuckled, before going silent, a soft, old song replacing his voice which caused Michael to scream out. Between the song and Michael screaming, Allan wanted to do nothing more than to just cover his ears. But he couldn't do that. Allan pulled his gun, looking dead at the camera, cocking the gun. "Too bad for you, I'm a f***ing human. So suck it motherf***er." Allan cursed loudly, shooting the camera multiple times to get it to shut off. That music would not stop though. Allan pulled his phone while Michael was in place. To WARDEN: NEED BACKUP. OTHELLO Hopefully his messages sent, because as soon as he put his phone away, Michael had stood up, and had his eyes right on Michael. And they were thirsty for blood. Allan gulped, scrambling to his bag, pulling the wooden stake. He didn't charge after Michael though, his hands were shaking. Alexander Howle's words echoed in Allan's head. "One of you two will die today, Othello. It's already been written, and there is only one thing left to do; wait and see who lives, and who dies."
  9. Keep my aunt and uncle in your thoughts, they lost everything in an electrical house fire today...
  10. Its my 19th birthday today~
  11. "You're right Michael, I'm sorry. Let's just be careful, please." Allan took a deep breath before Michael stepped closer to him, asking him what was wrong. Allan opened his mouth to explain before Michael's eyes narrowed and his hand suddenly shot up, catching something from hitting Allan. Allan's eyes turned straight from where it came from. "What the hell was that?" he cursed, turning to Micahel. "A dart...?" they asked at the same time. Michael suddenly handed Allan the dart, instructing him to go back to the car with the dart. Um, hell no. Allan wasn't going to do that. "Michael, wait!!" Allan sprint after Michael, who had darted off into the forest. He could barely keep up with the vampire before he got ahead for a little bit, Allan running under some shrubs to where Michael was. "Michael...I'm not leaving you in a forest like this by yourself." he approached Michael who was leaning down in front of a...metal door on the ground? "Are you okay?" Allan placed a hand on his shoulder before looking down at the door. He and Michael met eyes. "We might as well go down..." he sighed heavily, leaning down and carefully and slowly turning the latch to the door.
  12. Allan and Michael arrived at the farm where the disease began. That was not a good idea at all, but Michael and Allan had no choice. They walked to the very edge of the property. "Am I ready? No, of course not." Allan jumped the fence, helping Michael up and over. The leaves of the forest crunched under Allan's feet. "This is risky but kinda exciting. I haven't been in a forest in a long time. Let's just be careful and listen out for anything." Allan grabbed onto Michael's hand before they began treading into the forest. They had to make sure they made a path to get back, so they kicked up leaves and marked trees to help navigate. They were quiet as they listened and carefully observed around them. It only took a little bit before they began to come upon footprints near a riverbank. Allan leaned down, inspecting the footprint. "Michael, look at this. It has to be just a couple of days old." Allan leaned up, looking past the small stream. Allan's hand reached for Michael. "Michael. Look." Allan tapped his shoulder, pointing past the stream. The trees were scratched to hell with claw marks from Draven, signs of struggle all on the ground and foliage. Allan's hand began shaking. Now that he thought about it...it had been just about two hours since Allan and Michael left M&M. "Michael, we need to get out of here." Allan turned sharply to his partner, his hand on his bag.
  13. What do you do when you are told you only have a couple of hours left to live? Allan's face paled at the sight of his death listing, it was listed at today's date, and a time just two hours from now. Allan heed to Alexander's warning. If he wanted to live, he would have to be careful and make the right choices for himself. This was an extremely risky mission, and hearing that he was to die in two hours, only made the mission riskier. Alexander stepped out of the elevator, telling Allan to think about his decisions. Allan nodded slowly to Alexander before the elevator doors closed once again, leading Allan to the parking deck. Allan walked silently to where Michael parks, his weapons against Michael in his bag, and his weapons to defend himself in his holster. Although his death could be just inches in front of him, as soon as Allan saw Michael, he quickly ran up to him, embracing his partner tightly. "We need to be extremely careful today, okay? Let's keep an eye out for each other." Allan swung into Michael's car, handing him the file as he entered. The engine started, and they were on there the way to the Silva district...where monsters were going into a frenzy. They were headed right into a no-mans land.
  14. The Warden brought Allan deep into the underground of M&M, into parts that were head-of-staff only. "Is Tabitha alright? I have only seen monsters like the maybe once or twice..." Allan kept his eyes on Draven. This was a risky thing to deal with. It could expose the monsters to normal humans and could cause complete chaos. He took the file from the Warden, quickly flipping through it. He would look more in-depth in the car. Michael was taking precautions, good...but Allan had to take precautions as well. The Warden handed him garlic bombs and a wooden stake. "Just in case he goes into a frenzy...I am supposed to attack him?" Allan asked, a little slow just so he could make sure he was hearing the Warden right. "That is correct. I know it's a lot to put on you so suddenly, but the M&M doesn't need you dead." The Warden warned. "Yes ma'am." Allan nodded silently, putting the stake and garlic bombs in his backpack. Allan was sent off, hopping into the elevator. He rode with another man, who kept staring at Allan. The man spoke up first before Allan could say anything. "Yes sir, I am Allan Othello. Please do not call me short." Allan shook the man's hand. "Alexander Howle? Alexander is my middle name. If I am not mistaken, you're a grim reaper, aren't you? I've done my reading and those eyes of yours gives it all away. Should I be concerned for myself, Mr. Howle?" Allan let go of Alexander's hand. "Should I be concerned for Michael even? I don't know if reapers are allowed to hand out that kind of information, but if I could just have an idea, that would help me with my mission~" Allen was pleading just to know a little bit. Grim reapers were super interesting creatures who knew who was going to die and when, so if there was one here, that means someone is to die soon.
  15. The next month passed by very, very slowly. Allan and Michael kept in touch as much as they could, but Allan knew Michael was as busy as ever. The Warden surprisingly did not call Allan back to work and let him have his time off. It was just two days before the end of his month break, when one early morning, The Warden called up Allan. "Othello, are you doing okay?" she was actually more civil than she usually was. "Yes ma'am. Thank you for asking. Is everything alright over there? I have not heard anything in a while." Allan stepped out of the living room where his sisters were watching TV in, outside to a quieter place where not that many people would hear him. "That is what I called you for. I need a human on this case and your break ends in two days, but I fear that if I wait two days, it might spread to others." The Warden tapped her pen on her desk. "Lay it on me. What have you got going on." Allan sat in a patio chair as he watched a car drive down his road. "There is something going on in the Silva District, a sickness perse. It is infecting both domesticated and farm animals, and some of the animals have died from it. It's not a funny sickness, and it is spreading from animal to monsters and our agents. So far, it does not infect humans, but it has two of our agents down...including your werecat friend. We aren't pinpoint on when symptoms show up, but we know for sure that it does not infect humans." The Warden explaned. "It has Draven?" Allan asked, sitting up. "He was the second to get infected. It causes animals and monsters to go savage. We've had to keep Draven and the other agent in confinement. Since almost all of our staff has a possibility to contract it, we need you, Othello." the Warden said sincerely. "Yes ma'am. I will be there in about an hour." Allan nodded his head. "Thank you." The Warden hung up, Allan put his phone back in his pocket. He walked inside and found his parents. He explained the situation in the simplest terms possible without giving anything away. "So your break is over?" Heather asked calmly. "I'm sorry." Allan lowed his head. "It's okay, you can't say no." Heather took her son in her arms, hugging him tightly. Adam hugged his son afterward. "I'll tell your sisters, you go on and get ready to go." he let go and Allan nodded, heading upstairs to get packed. Allan put together a suitcase with some of his old clothes and belongings from his room, and his little sisters ran upstairs crying to see their brother go again. It was a sad, and hard goodbye for the Othello family, but they allowed their son to go back to M&M. Allan arrived in M&M within two hours of the Warden's call, parking his car and walking through those large doors for the first time in weeks. The familiar scent and sounds of his work coming back to him. He rolled his suitcase behind him, walking up to the front desk and ringing the little bell beside the window. The Warden's notable wild, blue hair turned as she turned her head to the front desk. Allan Othello was back, and ready for duty. ~Frenzy Sickness Arc: START!~
  16. Heather Othello's food melt in her son's mouth. Truly, there is something special about a mothers cooking, and after going without it for a long time, it was just twice as delicious. Allan ate...a lot. Which was actually a good thing! Michael probably didn't even know that Allan could eat that much! "Thank you so much mom. That was absolutely amazing." Allan picked up his plate. "You are very welcome. You must have been hungry." Heather smiled at him as he brought his plate to the sink. "I just haven't had a meal as good as yours in a while." he hugged his mother from the side before sitting back down beside Michael. "Emilia! Michael's voice is not weird!" Allan was quick to defend Michael. "Yes it is!" Emilia spoke up. "No it is not Emilia." Allan snapped back. "Oi, you two hush!" Adam split up the bickering. "Sorry." Allan was quick to apologize so he did not get in further trouble, putting his hands in his lap. "You're German? I would have actually never guessed." Heather smiled. "That is cool." Rosaline dreamily looked to Michael, which was met with a face from Allan screaming for her to back off of his man. "Speak some German for us!" Adam gestured to Michael. The night continued with Michael showing off his talents some, and a lot of talking between Michael, Allan, and his parents. By the end of the night, both Adam and Heather knew that their son was in safe hands, but still worried deeply about him. They would cherish this month as much as they could. They talked with Michael in private for a little bit about more of their son's mental condition, and after the sun had far set, Heather and Adam agree they would let Allan go back to M&M in a month or sooner if they needed him. They were going to request visits with him via the Warden and they were going to get Allan's college classes back up for him. It was a long talk that needed to happen, and a lot came out of it for a better relationship between Michael and Allan's human parents, and Allan's future as a human person. It was roughly 10 pm before Allan was worn-out tired. "I am probably going to head to bed." Allan stretched up. "It is late, isn't it? Time does fly..." Heather looked back at their grandfather clock. "Michael, you are welcome to stay here tonight if you'd like. If not that is okay, just drive safely please." Heather started the dishwasher as she spoke quietly, the other girls were asleep. "You probably have a lot of stuff to do in the morning, don't you Michael?" Allan looked over at him. The Warden was probably having to give Michael overtime since Allan was not there, Michael was probably just lucky he got to spend a day with Allan. "If you can't stay, that's alright. I will call you." he gently smiled at his partner.
  17. "Its harder for humans to learn new languages compared to vampires. Maybe it is anyways." Allan smiled at Michael's proposal for a language class. "But, I wouldn't mind taking a language class! It would probably be fun!" he spoke up afterwards. "M&M pulled me out of college against my will...it was not really cool, at all. I really do need to be allowed to take other classes." Allan put away his French book. "Michael, you should impress my parents with that Romanian of yours!" he suddenly thought of the best idea to get his parents on Michael's side, only just to like him more. "Come on, I have a lot more to show you around here." Allan stood up, helping Michael up behind him. The next couple of hours, Allan was able to show Michael more of his room, his old belongings, but they also had managed to keep Emilia entertained with some good old board games. Not before long, it was time for dinner. Dinner of something Michael couldn't eat, but also dinner that Allan's mother made. Rosaline took an extra chair from the living room and put it at the table to Michael as the girls set the table. Allan and Michael sat down to eat, and dinner was finally served. It smelled and looked delicious. A home cooked meal for the first time in a long time. How was Michael going to eat it was the real question.
  18. Allan laughed lightly at Michael inspecting his room. But the more that he thought about it, Michael probably had not been in a human room in decades. Michael's room back at M&M was decorated, and much cooler than Allan's room at M&M. "Woahhh, Michael slow down." he giggled, holding up his hands. "I have lived here all my life, thankfully. Those posters of are a video game I played when I was a couple years younger, I got obsessed over it and my mom bought me a poster and thought she was cool. It was thoughtful, so I keep the posters that she bought me." Allan explained before looking at Michael jumping on his bed. "That is mine!" Allan sprint towards Michael on his bed, jumping right on top of Michael. "I want to bring this bed because it's not uncomfortable and much bigger than the one back at M&M. Maybe my books too." Allan casually lay ontop of Michael, before Michael peeked his head up at the bookcase. "A lot of those books are my favorite! The Count of Monte Cristo, I hate 1984 but it's a good book, if I have a book in that shelf, I like it." he explained, rolling over and looking at his bookshelf. "I have too many books." he kinda felt like a nerd for that, but Allan liked to gather new information. "Some of those books in there are shitty, overpriced college textbooks though." Allan grumbled, sitting back up and closely inspecting the books. "Oh, I have a book on French that I never really looked at. Do you speak any other languages, Michael?" he asked curiously. "I wish I could speak Slovak or Welsh or something. They are such beautiful languages." Allan sighed, flipping through the book about French. (Got to go to work ;-; )
  19. I got my Kuromyu goods /uploads/emoticons/oishii-heart.png" alt="
  20. If his parents weren't right in front of him, Allan would have probably smothered Michael right then and there. However, he must keep himself civil. "Michael, you don't have to be nervous." Allan laughed lightly, grabbing his hand and pulling him into the kitchen. "Try this." he handed Michael a cookie that his mom made. Emilia stayed in the kitchen, staring at Michael as he came in. "Michael, this is Emilia. Emilia, this is my partner Michael." Allan introduced his littlest sister to Michael. Emilia bit into her cookie, looking Michael up and down. "You better take care of big brother." Emilia took one big bite out of her cookie before standing up. Allan wholeheartedly laughed at his littlest sisters comment. "Emilia! Michael watches out for me!" he kept laughing, watching at Emilia stuck her tongue out at Michael and ran out of the room. "Emilia, please don't be rude to our guest!" Heather got onto her, coming into the kitchen. "I see you boys are rather close friends." she began to clean up the mess of the cookies, Allan stepping a little bit away from Michael. "How about you stay over for dinner tonight Michael. We are going to have garlic broiled chicken, roasted potatoes, rice, and asparagus." his mother offered. "That sounds like a great idea." Allan smiled at his mom before turning to Michael. Garlic broiled chicken. It was freaking delicious but...Michael couldn't eat it. "I haven't really had free time in a while...what should we do before dinner, Michael? Do you have any ideas?" he asked, trying to think of anything. (WHAT DO FRIEnds DO AT EACHOTHERS HOUSE WHATTTTTT)
  21. (Bye Aldrich ;-; ) Allan's father, Adam, pulled into the driveway. He helped his son gather his things and the two walked in. "I'm home." Allan smiled as he walked through the door. His mother ran right up to him, hugging her son and kissing his cheeks. "I'm okay, a lot happened Mom, but I am here now." Allan embraced his mother, returning a kiss on the cheek. "Dad, these are for you and mom to look at. My medical expenses are covered by my job." Allan handed his father two papers that were clipped together, explaining some things in detail about why Allan had to come home for a month. "Emilia! You've grown!" Allan picked up his littlest sister, who was at the tender age of six years old, spun her around, and hugged her. "Rosa! I don't have to answer all your calls! Come here." Allan pulled Rosa in for a small hug. Rosa was fourteen and at a weird age to where she did not really want to be affectionate. "Allan! Mama made cookies for you!" Emilia grabbed Allan's hand, leading him to the kitchen. Allan looked back to his parents. "We're going to read this, you go ahead and get settled." his mother smiled, Allan nodding and following his sister into the kitchen, Rosaline demanding to take Allan's bags to his room. In the living room, Adam and Heather read over the report for them both. Dear Mr. and Ms. Othello, My name is Mr. Joshua Evington, and I am the director and chief of the company your son works for, M&M. This letter should not bring any concern to you, as your son is safe in our company, but the work he does is secret. We can tell you that he has accomplished his dream of becoming a detective through my company. Right now, your son has been assigned to a month of medical leave. It has come to the conclusion of me and my colleges that because of Mr. Allan Othello's hard work, he deserved a break. Your son was injured on XX-XX-2018 and was admitted to the main branch of Cassio Family Hospitals after some complications with an assignment. Your son had a cracked rib and suffered puncture wounds. Your son is also being monitored psychologically. With Mr. Allan Othello's job, there are situations that can psychologically damage humans like him. Sadly, the incident on XX-XX-2018 and a prior incident on XX-XX-2018 has left us worried about his psychological health. Please keep an eye on him and remember to make sure he is taking administrated drugs. The only people Mr. Allan Othello should be seeing from M&M is his partner, Mr. Michael Cassio, our chief of staff and affairs, whom you shall know as Warden, and myself. Thank you, Joshua Evington Heather and Adam read the letter together, the second page was contact information. They placed it down and looked at each other. "He's doing what he wants, Adam. We'll just keep an extra eye on him and make sure the kids are sweet to him." Heather placed a hand on Adam's shoulder. Adam sighed, nodding to Heather as he looked into the kitchen. Rosaline and Allan catching up while Emilia clung to her big brother. There was a knock on the door, Allan suddenly perking up, checking his phone. Michael was here!! Allan stood up. "Michael's here!" Allan walked over to the door, opening it. Sure enough, Michael stood in the doorway, flowers in hand. "Mom, Dad...please meet Michael Cassio...my partner. Michael, please meet Mr. Adam and Ms. Heather Othello." Allan invited Michael inside, and Rosaline probably died inside to see how attractive Michael was. Emilia didn't know what to really think. Adam saw somebody else to mess with, and Heather saw her son's best friend and protector. "Nice to meet you, Mr. Cassio." Heather smiled to Michael, taking his hand. "Nice to meet the boy who's straightening up my son." Adam laughed, walking over and placing a hand on Michael's shoulder. "N-N-Nice to meet you, Allan's friend!" Rosaline stuttered out, shyly peeking at him. Michael was welcome...thank goodness.
  22. The days with the Cassio's were calm and relaxing. One week after they were rescued, Jacobo spoke to Allan about some concerns. "Good day, Allan. Feeling better today? Hopefully my siblings didn't bother you much. We're already starting to lessen the dose of the painkillers, halfway there it seems." Jacobo said as he walked over to the window, opening the curtains to allow the sun in. "The sun is proven to make the mood better for most creatures. Humans are included in that category. Vitamin D is very important." Jacobo said as he walked over to Allan, taking a seat next to his bed. "The sun is much better, thank you." Allan sat up, smiling at Jacobo. "You are healing wonderfully, though you won't be allowed to return to the field anytime soon. Last time we saw each other the experience was merely superficial. But this...I am concerned about your mental state. You may be physically healed soon, but mentally you are far from how you were before, Allan. I have lived long enough to see what happens when one's mind finally breaks. I do not wish to see that on you." Jacobo lowered his clipboard. Allan's smile fade slowly, him suddenly turning away from Jacobo. Jacobo had a right to be concerned. Allan did not sleep very much and has been in almost constant contact with Michael. When he woke up in the dead of night because of nightmares, Michael would be on the other side of his cellphone, or even sometimes come over in the dead of night, just for Allan. Jacobo knew that Allan was off. "I talked with the Warden. The M&M has to remember that the physical of its workers is only part of it all. If they are mentally unfit, they will be just another victim, regardless their species. I have been granted permission to give you a medical leave away from the HQ...not like they had a choice. As my patient, I wouldn't have it any other way." Jacobo said as he smiled at Allan. "Soon you will be physically healthy enough to be discharged, but I believe it will be best for you to spend time with your family. It's been a while since you've seen them, right? Since you joined? They should do you wonders. I believe a month of medical leave should give you enough time to spend with family and think of your situation. If by the end of it I still see that your mind has yet healed, I'll extend it. I'll even assign you to a specialist who works with supernatural cases, and should be able to understand your worries, if you wish." Jacobo explained, sighing. "I think that is enough time, Jacobo. Thank you very much for talking to the Warden. It will be nice to see my family again." he turned to Jacobo and nodded his head. He was finally going to be able to see his family again. ... After four days, Allan was released from the hospital, Vilhelm, Elena, Jacobo, Scarlett, and Felix all showing him out. He was not clear to drive yet, so his father was supposed to pick him up. Jacobo wait outside for Allan's father with Allan and soon enough, a white mom-van pulled into the curve right beside the hospital door. A man stepped opened the car door quickly before coming around. He looked younger than he actually was, but his face was smiling way too brightly as he looked down at his eldest son. "Allan!" his dad smiled, grabbing the boy in his arms and giving him a bear-hug. "Dad! Don't hug me too tight you're going to hurt me." Allan embraced his father, before he father laughed, putting him down. "I'll leave you guys too it. My brother should be there is about an hour." Jacobo let Allan go out to his car. "Thank you guys, so much!" Allan smiled at Jacobo. He and his father got into the car and began to drive to Allan's house. "So son, where have you been?" his father asked calmly. "At work." Allan responded calmly, chuckling a bit. "What do you mean at work? What do you do? That does not answer my question son. We've been worried sick about you for months. Don't just answer me like that." His dad turned and looked at him briefly. "I'm a detective dad. I'm doing what I've always wanted to do." Allan smiled. "That's awesome!! Why haven't you contacted us?" his dad asked again. "I'm not really allowed to without permission from my boss...they have some kind of weird rules at my job." Allan responded calmly. "Well, you might have to take up with your boss about contacting us more son. Let's get home, your sisters and mom are excited to see you." his father punched Allan playfully on the shoulder before they pulled into their neighborhood. It has been a long time.
  23. Allan smiled brightly as Michael opened his eyes, holding onto Michael's hands. "Michael." the world was fading around them as they reunite, as M&M began to rush in. "I'm as okay as I can be." his eyes met Michael's as his hands gently touched his face. "That spider bitch was kind of executed in front of me and I've been in a prison for three days." Allan laughed to Michael as he stood up, Allan making sure he kept his balance. Before Allan could do anything, Michael leaned in, coming wayy too close, pressing his forehead against him. "I'm glad you're okay too." Allan reached up to gently caress the side of Michael's face, before he only pulled him closer, playfully landing a kiss on his lips. Allan leaned up, shyly returning Michael's kiss before letting go after a second. The Warden stood at the back of the room Michael and Allan were in, her battle hammers in hand as she kept her eyes on the two, smiling softly at their interaction. M&M apprehended the prison, Michael and Allan being taken to the Cassio Family Hospital, much to Michael's dismay to be checked out. Allan did have a broken rib and got to eat some real food for the first time in a while, but Vilhelm had him on fluids. And after the Cassio kids heard Allan and Michael were back...they came to pester them once more.
