  1. You either spam the A button or spam the A button and the X button and D pad until you're health is low and then you heal and return to battling. EDIT: OH and Dream Eaters?You just let them die by moving away from the enemies and letting you're Dream Eater(s) fight them alone and don't do whatever is it says to revive,then it explodes.
