    I want to get a Kingdom Hearts tattoo too!! I really like the top image you've posted, and I REALLY love the one of the Sora artwork from KH2 but don't think I'd ever personally get character art on me.. I'd prefer a symbol. I really do love the first symbol you posted though. This is my favourite KH tat I've found on the net, that I'd really like to get:
