"Tch," Lance let out before attempting to escape Mark's reversal. He quickly pointed the conjured sword downwards, turning it into a coiled spring that propelled him upward towards the sky. However, he had been cut a bit because the reversal was unexpected and fast. "You never make it easy for me huh?" Lance shouted from the sky. He raised one hand upwards. "Darkness Materialization: Black Hammer!" Lance shouted. He dropped his sword and held a conjured black warhammer, just about doubled in size compared to a regular warhammer. "Try and reverse this one!" Lance shouted, crashing the hammer down at Mark while he was in the air himself. OUTSIDE KINGDOM'S WALLS ----------------------------------------------- "You there! Identify yourselves!" A scout knight shouted at the three individuals. Archers surrounded the walls, arrows loaded at the individuals. "Look at that Red.. You're already causing trouble," The tallest one, code-named Blue, shouted. "Well it wouldn't have had to be this way if you weren't so tall! This isn't a stealth mission at all!" Red, who was the female, replied. "Stealth was never in the mission description. It's what we preferred. Now, we'll just go as the mission entails. Total Annihilation," The last one, code-nammed Yellow, reminded them. He put away his book. "Lets give em a show. Blue?" Yellow said. "Right on it," Blue replied walking in front of the two. He summoned a great amount of mana around him. "Let's do this!" Blue shouted. "Fire!" The scout captain shouted. The archers wasted no time in firing their arrows. They pretty much covered the sky. However, Blue paid them no mind. Suddenly, in the blink of an eye, a yellow shield made of light surrounded the three above, repelling the arrows away. Blue charged his fist with mana, standing in a turned horse stance. "Azue Fist of the North Star!" Blue shouted, releasing the fist and punching towards the kingdom's walls. A huge stream of magic, almost looking like fire, emitted from Blue's fist. The magic made contact with the wall, piercing and tearing a hole through it. What was really suspicious was that the magic was cold and freezing below temperatures, but burned a hole through the wall at the same time. "Red, let's go," Yellow said, conjuring small yellow cubes to allow him to walk on air. "Right," Red followed him using blue flames to propel her upwards. The two landed on the top of the walls causing mayhem, and killing the soldiers. "Where's our reinforcements?!!" The captain shouted. "Our messenger left about half an hour ago! He should be there in no time now!" A scout shouted. THRONE ROOM ------------------------- The wizard knights in the throne room disappeared as they were teleported via mass magic teleportation chamber. The king threw himself back on his throne and let out a sigh. "I'm sure they'll succeed, sir," Amid reassured him. "Hmm," The king replied, deep in thought. "My lord!" A scout shouted from outside the throne room. The king had forgotten to order the throne room doors closed, so he allowed the scout in. The scout instantly fell to his knees, out of breath. "Speak," The king said impatiently. "My lord. Our kingdom's outer walls may be under attack. There are three intruders outside of our walls. We request reinforcements," The scout reported. The king pondered this over. The timing was almost too perfect. An attack when he literally just sent all his valuable reinforcements out to battle. At the moment, there was nothing he could do.

(One Utopia blow **** up special coming up soon!) LANCE ---------- "Hey Aria! You can feel free to join in if you want!" Lance shouted to Aria, blushing a bit. Though Lance and Mark were known for going a bit "overboard", Lance wasn't concerned about Aria. She was one of the top students at the academy. With that, Lance took a battle stance. The battle had begun. "Darkness Materialize: Shadow Blade!" Lance shouted. He place his free hand on his shadow and pulled out a complete replica of his wooden sword. He then charged at Mark, his left hand with the wooden sword ready to either swing or clash and his right hand with the conjured blade for defense.

(Gotcha) "Ow," Lance gripped his arm. "You're gonna pay for that one!" He shouted playfully. Lance ran up to the rack which held an assortment of wooden swords, daggers, shields, bows, dummy arrows, and blanks for pistols. Lance just picked up a sword and walked to an open space. He preferred to use his magic along with his sword. "Best be ready Mark!" Lance shouted out to him, releasing a small amount of dark mana from his free hand. WORLD EVENTS -------------------------- "Survival here is worth, more than you can see. Reach towards the light.. Darkness.. it will flee," A mysterious man recited a verse in the book he was reading. "Ya just couldn't leave that home could you?" Another voice of what sounded like a girl said beside him. "Human literature has never failed to amuse me," The man replied. "What's important here is that this mission is successful. This moment could change the the tide of battle in our favor," said another man next to them. He looked much taller than the other two. The other two replied with a nod. The three were covered in dark cloaks, so it was hard to make out their faces. The Kingdom of Ur was in sight, situated in the middle of a dusty battlefield. * * * Location: Kingdom of Ur's outer walls. Knights are currently on the lookout for enemies. "Always keep an eye open. We don't know when the enemy will appear," Captain Reeves said to the his men. He was in charge of scouting out incoming enemies and warn the king to prepare for battle. "Uh, sir? There are three unidentified bodies approaching the kingdom. What are our orders?" A scouting knight shouted concernedly. Reeves took up a binoculars and viewed in the same direction the knight was looking. Indeed, there were three bodies walking towards the kingdom. Reeves turned away and towards his men. "Archers, prepare your arrows at those three people! Scouting knights, report this to the king." Reeves commanded. Meanwhile.... KING'S THRONE ROOM All of the kingdom's Wizard Knights were gathered in the throne room, just as the king had ordered. "Kneel before your king!" Amid commanded. Immediately, the Wizard Knights and Amid knelt before the king. The king stood up and paced left to right. "I have called you all here today for a very special mission." The king paused. "Our enemies have uncovered an ancient and powerful Supermagic, called Aegis, that could destroy this kingdom in one fell swoop. You will all be transported via magic teleportation, to our closest checkpoint to the enemy kingdom.. which is approximately 500 miles. Your mission is to either steal or destroy that power. Your reward for success? Riches and knowledge beyond your wildest dreams," The king announced. He then looked over to Amid. " 'Tis time," The king told him. Amid nodded and left to get preparations ready for mass magic teleportation.

Lance turned his head towards Mark as he yawned. "Well it isn't my fault that this class is so boring!" Lance replied as he stretched his arms. Had Mark not been a friend of his, Lance would've probably ignored him. "Oi. Find something better to do with your life before us Reapers snatch it away," A voice scolded the two. It was Aria, the same girl that crossed his mind. "Oh, thanks... Aria," Lance replied trying to sound calm. She walked out after advising him to get some rest. Lance let out a slight sigh. When it came to girls, he was a complete loser. He turned to Mark. "Let's.. get out of here," Lance said to him. TRAINING GROUNDS --------------------------------- There had already been people sparring against each other, showing that Lance and Mark had been late. "Alright everyone remember the Page exams start the beginning of next week! That means three days from now!" The battle instructor, Sir Vance, shouted.

(I'm gonna pick it up just a little if you guys don't mind) WORLD EVENTS -------------------------- "And make sure my room is dusted as well," The king told his servants as they exited the throne room. The king of Ur sat quietly on his immense and majestic throne. soldiers were stationed to the left and right of him decked in metal plates of armor and weaponry. The sun beamed down from the ceiling, which was just a huge glass window. Usually, the room would be darker seeing that the throne room was decked in a grey and purple color. "My lord!" A knight cried out from outside the giant doors leading to the throne room. The doors busted open with the knight panting and wheezing from running. The king raised his hand to initiate the order to execute the knight "on-spot". It was highly illegal for such behavior to take place without the king's permission. "Wait! My lord!" The knight raised his hands high and fell to his knees. "It's urgent! An emergency! The battlefield.." The knight paused. The king put his hand down. "Go on," he said. "My lord, forgive my intrusion, however, our men are outnumbered out there. We are quickly losing ground," The knight explained. The king stroked his dark, bushy beard. "In that case, I will send in more reinforcements. Is that all?" The king replied. The knight gulped. "No... sir..." The knight paused. "They have.. an Aegis...." The king's eyes shot wide open immediately. He looked at his scribe, who was standing there in-between the guard of soldiers. "Send out a decree immediately! The king summons all Knights, Squires, and last-year Pages to fight this war against the extinction of our race!" The king ordered. "But sir.. All of our Squires have been reported to be away from the kingdom to train with and accompany a voyaging knight. Then there's the situation with the Page exams next week, sir," The scribe responded. The king's adviser, Amid Thanatos, stepped forward. "Sir if I may, I believe you should summon all Knights now, and send the graduated Pages after the exams. If we are to go about this wisely, we should go about it without wasting children's blood," Amid advised. The king contemplated this ideal for a little while. "I see," He said turning to the scribe once again. "I want you to send a decree that summons all knights to the throne room. We need all the skill we can get," The king commanded the scribe. The scribe nodded and left to do her work. "We need to be fast and efficient. Or we could all die," The king said. Lance ---------- Amidst the laughter and mockery, one girl caught his eye. She neither laughed nor smiled at the teacher's cruel insults. Aria was her name he believed. A very interesting personality he could possibly get lost in. Well.. he always kept himself away from girls because he wanted to focus on becoming a Wizard Knight. "Alright class. This period is over! Now if you will, move to the training grounds for your next class in Swordsmanship and Battle Magic Applications class," The teacher said, concluding his lecture. Lance got up immediately and began to leave the classroom. However, a strange boy at the window sticking his tongue out towards the class. "Huh.. that's something you don't see everyday," Lance said. Convinced that he was just "seeing stuff", however, Lance shook it off. Maybe a good exercise like the next class will clear his head.

Lance -------- "Now, it's established that an arrow needs to be magically enhanced in order to shoot elemental powers. However, what if I told you that even this theory was false? Take fire, for example. Regular arrows would normally be burned through once it comes into contact with fire. But, recent scientific discoveries prove that to be false! There is a material that can withstand the burn!" The teacher lectured so passionately. Lance remained asleep on a desk in class, bored out of his mind. "Battle Magic and Modern Alchemy" was one of his most hated classes out of the college of Ur. "Mr. Aetrlux," The teacher called out to him. Lance slowly arose in response to the teacher's call. "What is that material?" The teacher asked him. "Dunno," Lance replied, yawning disrespectfully. "That material is Lead. Now, if you reviewed your notes last night, then maybe you'd be able to answer the question correctly! Honestly, why do you even come to class?!" The teacher shouted back aggressively causing the class to laugh at him in response. The whole class saw him as a failure.. but he didn't care.. At least, that's what he told himself..

However, being highly resistant to almost all types of magic is a bit much for one who is just starting out.. I'll allow the ability to BECOME highly resistant throughout the RP.. Because the Dark element had such a bad name throughout the world, Lance began to feel as if he shouldn't have been born. After these "programs", Lance was sent to the Kingdom of Ur to begin training to become a Wizard Knight like his father before him. Thanks for the support Steven! Update 1/2/16 ------------------ - I'm adding a tier called "Gold Genesis". This signifies that the role-play will have continuations like a trilogy, for example. Characters who complete a Gold Genesis RP automatically moves on to Advanced tier. - The first RP I'm thinking of making is among the realms of fantasy. Hope it fancies any of you!

Introduction ------------------------------- Have you ever wanted a roleplay where you can build your character from scratch, improve on every aspect of your character, and continue/transfer the same character to other role-play's? Maybe you need an example! The reoccurring cycle is as follows: "You make the character. Go through the RP. When the RP ends, so does your character because you can't 'transfer' the same character with the same abilities/power-ups to other RP's." Well now I'm here to (attempt to) break that cycle! From now on, any character made in any XxUtopiaxX's role-play's are transferable through any of XxUtopiaxX's role-play's (hopefully more people will jump wagon and do this with me as well!). Here's how it works --------------------------- 1.) In the RP's I'll be making, I will put either (Genesis) or (Advanced) at the end of the thread name. 2.) Genesis = Those who are trying to start a character from scratch under the "Utopia Database" (Yes I will keep count) and want to capitalize on their character. 3.) Advanced = Those who already have a character in the Utopia Database and would like to continue their character. Power scaling is different from Genesis versions and are not allowed for people who are just making their characters under the database (there is still NO GODMODDING even in Advanced versions. It's just that the power scaling is different). 4.) "Advanced" version character are not permitted in "Genesis" based threads. This is to prevent any player from feeling "inferior" or "superior" to other players or "godmodding" (because the enemies in Genesis versions are clearly going to be weaker than the Advanced versions). 5.) Also, there is a capacity for Advanced characters!! If a character ends up "godlike" in any way, shape, or form, then the character will be ARCHIVED! Meaning that the character cannot be used in both Genesis or Advanced tier role-plays! In the future I will make a tier where godlike characters can enjoy themselves in a role-play where the power scaling fits their standards. 6.) A character in Utopia's Database MUST be started in Genesis threads! You cannot start a character in the Advanced thread! 7.) Annnnd 7, a character must complete 1 2 "Genesis" tier role-play in order to continue to the Advanced version! (I made it 2 because I really want to be big on character development. If you guys want it back at 1, then just say so!) P.S. - Oh yeah.. I'd forgotten that I've made some role-plays in the past.. Those characters are void. Well.. I'm signing up for this! Name: Shard Legolus Age: Unknown, looks 17 Gender: Male World of Origin: Fjord of Isolation (Elsa's Castle right?) Bio: Shard isn't sure why, or where he came from. He had no parents to his knowledge. He survived in the icy areas of the Frozen universe and soon self-taught himself ice magic. However, he noticed that his ice looked darker, more sinister. Shard is desperate to find who he truly is and what his purpose is for. Personality: Choice of Weapon: Shard wields a regular Katana and uses a special type of magic called "Malefic Ice". It's basically Ice powered by darkness. He will wield the Soul Eater later on in the RP Additional Abilities: Shard has darkness seeping through himself. It's as if darkness covers his whole being without any light seeping through. Yet, he is able to make his own decisions and follow his own path - which confuses him but he thinks of it as a clue to who he is. All of Shard's forms are "Remembrances of his Former Self". He doesn't have access to any of these forms until he "remembers" them throughout the RP. All forms except the final are revertible. Raptor Blackhawk made his presence known, however, he had been sitting at the edge of the balcony and sensed Testament from a long ways away. "Anyways. I'd suggest you leave if you don't want to die," Raptor warned. With that, he had disappeared without a trace. Ren Hakkae --------------------- Ren traded Draksis, blow for blow. She hadn't thought that anyone in this square would equal her in skill. Ren smiled a little. "Looks like you're not just all talk," She said slyly. Ren parried Draksis' last strike, sending him a few feet backwards. "However, by the looks of your magic, you haven't been spending as much time with the sword as I have," Ren smirked, getting into another battle pose. Nero & Asia --------------------- Nero started slowing down his movements a little. He had calmed his mind and recovered from the ambush and started blocking and dodging Asia's moves. He sometimes would strike her back and sometimes throw her. "The problem with your style is that I've learned it already," Nero said as he sent a palm to Asia's face. Asia maneuvered out of the way, sending a kick to Nero's leg. Nero parried by raising his knee. They seemed about on even footing. However, Nero could tell that this battle would drag on if they were to fight for real. Reckoning (Main event) ------------------- Crash!! The ground gave way and the earth trembled violently, as an object landed from the sky. In the debris, one could see his blurred shadow. One would be confused to recognize who he was. However, one could never mistake his glowing, impaling, yellow eyes. "Leave. All of you." The voice said so quietly, yet the words rang through everyone's ears. Blackhawk stuck his sword out of the earth he stabbed it in and swung it slowly towards a crowd of people. Suddenly, a razor wind swept up the people in a livid and powerful vacuum of wind, blowing them and other houses away. "It's Blackhawk!" One shouted. Nero could hear screams of fear as the crowd who were fighting in the riot running for their lives. "Blackhawk. I've heard that name before," Nero stopped to think. Nero's eyes widened as he quickly remembered the name. Raptor Blackhawk is a legendary, renown swordsman who was titled as the greatest swordsman in the world two years ago. He has held his title since as there were no swordsmen who could defeat him.
