My backstory ( Aang's )

I lived and trained in the Southern Air Temple until I reached the age of 12. The Temple Elders chose to tell me that I was the Avatar fearing that the war was near. This information dismayed me, it took away my peace of mind. I ultimately decided to run away. My flying Bison, Appa and I ran into a terrible storm, near the South Pole. In the terrible conditions, it managed to knock myself, and Appa into the bottom of the ocean. My spirit then awoke moments later, encasing Appa, and myself in a block of ice.

Where I was hidden until Katara, and Sokka found me 100 years later. Dismayed, and lost to find out that I was the LAST Airbender.... And that my destiny was to save the world, and restore balance to the world. Only by learning, and mastering all four elements could I defeat the vile Fire Lord, and bring peace to this worn torn world.
