  1. The flames continued to block the attacks. The gloom widow sent out a web of fire. It nearly missed fuyoko. It then hissed and jumped to the right. The flames seemed to be slowly dying out. "It feels like its over 100 Degrees in here... Not good"
  2. (Nullified. By using its own element it can counteract other elements. It would be using a sheild skill that nullifies other elements to do this.) "Yeah.... It probably is" said Xio as he raised his arm. "Infinite Artillery!" Cannons began materializing and aimed themselves at the Gloom Widow. "Fire!" He yelled. The cannons then let off a series of Booms! Metal spheres riddled the wall where the spider stood causeing a large cloud of debris. Xio staired at it intently as if he was had a feeling of unsettlement. "I....missed" he said under his breath before the spider jumped to the wall opposite of the pelted wall. It hissed furiously and then all of the webbing caught fire. The temperature felt unreal.
  3. The spider hissed and then just as Fuyoko hit it, the spiders entire body caught fire. The words Null appeared above where the damage should have been. "Counter abilities... Damn!" Growled Xio as he ran at the Spider at went to slash it with his sword. The spider jumped. For a beast its size the jump was rather impressive as it landed on the wall of its nest behind the two players. The flames continued to engulf the beast. "Fuyoko....now that i think about it....i think those webs might be an insulator..... I thinks its trying to makes us over heat and pass out..."
  4. "Cause.....I dont know......." Xio said with a bit of fear in his voice. "I hate spiders..." The 8 legged beast stopped. It then began falling. Mid fall it had turned and landed on the ground, upright, and looked directly at Fuyoko and Xio. Its madibles dripped with a red liquid. And the wisps of flame started to blaze hot. The spider was massive in size compared to xio and Fuyoko. Above the beast a health bar appeared then a name, Gloom Widow. The ground below the spider began to glow red with heat.
  5. Criteria dont matter.....im just having fun.
  6. "I....honestly dont know...." Said Xio as he looked up. His eyes dialated and he started to cower a bit. At the roof of the Cavern was a giant Spider. Small wisps of flame flickered above its abdomen as it was fixing the web the two players had fallen through. "Not...good"
  7. Upon accessing the exit what the two found. Was that they had returned to the start. But this time something was different. Sand was falling fromabove the location they had fallen from
  8. The tunnels went on for what seemed like forever, criss crossing here and there. Webbing coated most of the walls. Then a light appeared at the end of the currently tunnel the two players were in. "ah... An exit. Not bad"
  9. Xio hadnt thought of sleep because he normally didnt sleep "..oh yeah....sleep.....hmmm lets just try to find a way out as quick as possible okay? We can worry about sleep when we reach the exit" Xio said confidently
  10. "Yeah... By choosing an advantage element then we can have the upperhand damage wise but still if we wish to get out of here we will need to memorize these tunnels...and im afraid ive got nothing to aid in that....also, unless we want to fry down here. We need to get out by morning" Xio explained. "So...you ready for a maze?"
  11. "Just like you and I, the creatures of the Beta Version also have elements and creatures that release substances from their bodies have the power to make those substances immune to their elements." Xio explained. "This blade here is Anguish, one of 8 blades i own and have in my inventory. Its a fire blade. The fact that it's ability doesnt work on the webs means the spider is of a fire element. Soooo." The blade disappeared and a blue and silver blade took its place
  12. "Judging by the web size and how it is technically a trap like nest id havecto say it is large but slow, probably controlling of an element." Xio explained as he looked at the webbing. "I wonder..." His golden sword set ablaze and he touched the web....it failed to ignite. "The element of Fire.....Great" he sighed
  13. "Protective? Oh....yeah...hehehe.....you see....." He looked down a bit. But then his face came up with a bit if a shameful smile. "Of all things....I have a seriously bad case of Arachnaphobia" he said before laughing a bit. "Most spiders i see end up being burnt into oblivion weather they are big or small."
  14. Xio took hold of Fuyoko's hand. "right" he said as he did a slight nod. When the two got out of the web Xio held out his hand "now come to me" he said. Afterwards a blade of gold materialized in his hand. "Ready"
  15. "I dont know. The walls are too steep so climbing will be vitually impossible." He looked at the series of caves as he got hims leg and arm free. "I really dont wanna know what would happen if we go down the wrong tunnel. But it appears that we will have to
  16. All around them was webbing. Fuyoko's Left arm was caught on a strand as well as Xio's Left arm and Right leg. The strands that held them were extremely thin and could be easily removed. The two remained on a large web and About ten feet down would be the bottom of the pitfall. a few caves were scattered about on the floor. "Looks like some kinda spider's nest." Said Xio as he shivered a bit. He looked up and saw where they had fallen. And noticed that strands of web had covered the hole and were covered with sand over time to hide the nest. "Fuyoko...we should get outta here"
  17. "Ugh... Yeah Im fine...and you? Are you ok?" Xio asked as he looked around <damn...its too dark. I cant see a thing. Yet I know we arent at the bottom of that pitfall. Now that i think about it who could you cover a pitfall with sand? What the hell is going on here?!> he thought to himself
  18. Xio nodded and began to walk forward only to find the sand to drop below him and spread out. It soon dropped underneath Fuyoko as well revealing a giant pitfall. The two fell only to be caught by something that kept them suspended. (Same)
  19. "I think we should keep going cause we havent much supplies left." Explained Xio. "It would be a shame for us to die out here before we reach the next town."
  20. By the end of the day Xio began to point out the desert, almost completely in sight. Different creatures reside here.
  21. "No clue but its better to have them just in case." He said "for me preparatation is better thatn unpreparation
  22. "Right.." Xio returned the tent to its portable form and turned to face Fuyoko. He put the fangs in her hand. "Loot is something one should never forget. Cause we might need it later. Your kill....your loot" said Xio with a smile. He then looked down the road. "Now then, shall we get started?"
  23. Xio continued to eat, keeping in his bother...his dream, his memory. Last night xio had remembered a scene from his life that he wanted to forget....a memory from reality. Of him with the 25 moderators. Xio wanted the memory to go away. But it would not leave him. So he kept it in and acted like nothing was wrong. He finished his meal and then prepared to leave, but not without writing his dream down in a black book on the shelf in his room. He finished and stepped outside, looking at the ground he saw a few fangs. "Not bad...not bad at all"
