Raid boss event starts in five minutes! the new raid boss is called trident anchor it looks like there will be a series of quests to trigger it the high level of the quests will trigger the rare form they’ll drop raid coins, which can be used in the raid board for rewards you can also get cid medals from the rare version at 0.00, 12.00 and 21.00 JST, for one hour, ap costs are halved, the chance of the trident anchor appearing is 100% and the lux rewards are doubled

Not to worry - if I'm thinking of the same button you pressed, that's not a restart game button, it's for 'downloading resources to repair', whatever that means. I accidentally did the same thing myself last month and nothing happened, so I think you should be fine. Has the download finished? (And if you haven't done so yet, may I recommend backing up your account? peace of mind is never a bad thing o/)

you get friend points whenever you choose a partner for a quest! (you don't get to use partners in the coliseum, though). you'll get 5 points every time you partner with someone, unless they're in your party - in which case you'll get 10. you can use these points to draw from the friend point box, which is at the very bottom of the ショップ page. it costs 10 points to draw one medal.

copying and pasting the translation i made of the announcement (sorry), hope this helps! they’ve announced a new ‘daily chance draw’! once every day, you can do a special 1500 jewel draw you’re guaranteed to receive five premium medals (no friend point medals!) from the list here (i can translate if anyone’s really interested edit: translated!) (note: the jack skellington and org xiii mickey medals from the halloween box and namine, kairi and CoM riku from the last premium box are included in this list) (the special reverse roxas, however, is not included) additionally, all medals drawn will be at the 5-star rarity. you’ll also receive a free Cid medal when you do a 5-pull! also, the free medal with a 10-pull is now a 6-star chip medal.

japanese list, but it's up to date and running it through google translate is pretty accurate (lol). and unfortunately yeah, for the most part the only way to get medals (especially the good ones) is through drawing. you can get some of the friend point ones from chests in quests and stuff but they're really not that great. the only exception is event medals, but those are limited to the event itself.

ah, thanks for the info! (here's the strongest medals page, in case anyone else is interested.) i think the fact that org xiii and jack don't get a damage boost against a weak element works against them in those rankings. (oh, unrelated, but have you managed to clear the final proud quests yet? ö)

i went by these rankings a lot when i was building my decks. (they're in japanese, but i think it should be straightforward enough.) (it looks like these have been updated to include the new medals; they used to have a lot of the buff medals like Vivi, green Aerith and DiZ - I personally keep them in my deck for the attack boost, but that's up to your personal play style.)

oh - i think i answered this in party chat earlier but hopefully I can explain it a little better here! basically, the number and rarity of medals you can equip on your keyblade is limited by the total deck cost. it doesn't matter so much at lower rarities, but the deck cost jumps way up (from 14 to 46) when you hit 6-stars, making it hard to support more than one 6-star at a time in a full deck on a keyblade if your total cost is low. you can upgrade your total deck cost through the avatar boards, and lower the cost of individual medals through cid medals. and hmm - that's a good question! i'm a completionist, so i keep at least one of every combat medal i obtain so I can hopefully fill out the album someday. (i also bought 50 extra storage slots during the 2.8 event, though, so I have the space.) i don't generally keep multiples around unless i'm upgrading abilities or they're rare event medals, and i'm pretty quick to sell of medals that i can get through the friend point draw.

Skills will activate at random when you attack using that medal (except for guard abilities, which activate when you are attacked)! You don't have to activate the medal's ability to activate the skill, though. At the beginning, activation rates of partner medal skills were like non-existent, but I think they've tweaked that in recent updates because I've definitely noticed partner medal skills actually activating now. edit: this might be entirely anecdotal, but i just wanted to add i don't think i've ever seen a status effect activate when flicking, and i find i have better activation rates for Attack Up Whole when i attack the entire party.

honestly, i'd be a little mad if they had! i pulled once or twice from the limited box for him or jack skellington so if i'd gotten one for free... well, my luck is pretty bad anyway but still! ^^ to answer your question: i don't skip the scenes, but I understand japanese so that's probably not an answer you were looking for lol.

hmmm... if you look at the avatar boards, though, a lot of them are labelled as '___ コーデ', and coordinate is often used to refer to a full outfit.

(i think the コーデ in the KHUx event is actually short for coordinate, not code here!) it seems like this'll be less stressful than the halloween event at least, i'm excited ♫
