    Start-up problems

    Is your account linked to a Facebook profile? If so, then that may be the cause. First, make sure the game isn't running in the background or anything like that. Unlink your Facebook account with the game. (Go to your Facebook's settings, then Apps, and remove the game from the list.) Then, start the game. It will initially get stuck loading again, but that's fine; force close the app when this happens. Load up the game again, and it should be working like it's supposed to.

  3. Adjust your preference.

  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
