Nah couldn't agree there. The junction system isnt very user friendly unless you spend plenty of time trying to figure it out. But then for most ppl they are just put off it immediately. And junctions were very important to the magic systems which is so much easier in FF7. It's just a simple basic idea if equipping an item called material with the element you desire and then lvling it up.

That and I wish the game stressed hwo useful triple triad was for that lvlkng is pretty pointless

I mean no but I could totally look and play ff7 more than 8

It made me wish they stayed with the really weird basic ones used in ff7. Cause the more detailed looks just didnt not translate to ps1 well

Tbh the thing that put me off 8 when I first played it was the character models
