I only buy physical Switch games cause Nintendo is big dumb when it comes to game storage KH3 I did get the deluxe edition. For but I had some personal stuff that happened that caused me to purchase it digitally at some point

I took advantage of that with physical launches in recent years before Covid Most retailers stopped doing midnight launches and started doing 9PM launches. So I'd have a physical copy of a game at 9PM and by Midnight I'd have a bit over 2 hours of play time (including ride home and install times to make up for the 20-30 minutes missing from a full 3 hours) when everyone out west was just getting their copies at their respective 9PM launches

Yes the US timezones are ridiculous so it's 12AM ET and everywhere else across the states is based on that specific time. So PT would be 9PM

At like 10PM ET I got a notification that it was ready to use. I just started it and I'm in a loop of the timer screen leading to launch Weird must have been a glitch cause usually I don't get that kind of notification until it actually launches

They're missing a lot of things so unfortunately the Switch will be missing out on every completionist's favorite "reward system." But at least you get that 8 player vs mode on it. I don't know how often that will work out for Switch owners though. It's not likely 8 Switch owners who happen to have MoM will be in close proximity of each other enough to make use of it

The Switch was the perfect opportunity to implement an achievement/trophy system, but Nintendo did nothing. Hell they could have easily used it to rack basic Platinum points for MyNintendo

I mean I can play KH music nonstop. It's mastering the mechanics of the game though

Honestly not sure if I will Platinum it or not, considering the 140+ tracklist and I believe there's a trophy or two for Max Full Chain and Max All Excellent

Most already know they share differences when Sora is or isn't the main character. Like MoM for instance the K and S stretch until they nearly meet because Sora isn't the main character. KH1, 2, and 3 and a few others where he is the K and S stop within a short range The remixes the K and S stretch out a bit, but not by much

I've noticed that with just like the titles that don't include Sora as the focus the HD Remix have some minor differences with the K and S They're slightly longer than normal, but not too long to indicate the purpose of the collection
