Kitase in interviews mentioned how he would go to Nomura for everything. Nomura didn't even know he was the sole director on 7R until they did a demo presentation and he was the only one labeled as Director

But he does form a lot of the ideas that end up being used by the writers

It doesn't mean he does the writing.

Creative Producer isn't the same thing as Main Character Art Designer. Hence the reason he is labeled under both

Also he and the KH team have produced the entire animation

He does more than that

He's not a writer, but he made form out of a majority of the stuff we see

He's a Creative Producer on TWEWY and NEO: TWEWY.

I've noticed a lot of the people not too fond of the direction KH is headed either were in high school in 2002/2003 or they are younger than the franchise itself.

Like this Finale is comparable to the current state of One Piece in terms of theories and the payoff given by grand setups made years ago.

And he did all of Union X finale especially

Nomura has done most of the writing since Days

Idk. His writing is still a little weak, but his conceptualization and planning are comparable to that of One Piece's Eiichiro Oda

After getting the Platinum in 3 I was honestly a little put down, but eventually I went back and honestly 3 is pretty great. I originally was okay with it.

I'm always satisfied personally

Nomura definitely had set ups ready even though it just looks like he went back and used it. I think he's receiving less credit than he is due.
