I never liked Tangled's movie but I enjoyed the world in the game.

Right, you're pretty sure. I was pretty sure Marluxia was gonna shine in KH3 after being away from the series since CoM.

Of course a fully developed character can come back, there are characters like Xemnas and Ansem that were developed in the previous titles, but what about Marluxia and Larxene? Luxord? Those were characters a lot of people were expecting to have a decent role in this game.
