  1. Q3 would be a good compromise too?
  2. I have a bit more confidence in BD3 either way.
  3. because she has full animations that are in the game's data afaik when Royal dropped. especially for Luna because she has full animations that are in the game's data afaik when Royal dropped. Rereading that Yoshi-P interview gives a lot of insight. I definitely think the game will be out by Q1/Q2 2021 if it had a four year dev cycle.
  4. I akin FF8 to that of an ensemble dark horse kind of game
  5. Yeah but it wasn't an immediate favorite afaik.
  6. I mean it'll probably be considered a black sheep or rarely touched upon in anniversary stuff. And by being 8. I mean it'll probably be considered a black sheep or rarely touched upon in anniversary stuff.

  10. Also if people really want to fear about buyouts... Level 5 being bought by BNE is possible. also don't worry about companies like Square-Enix being bought out. S-E is also like BNE and SEGA technically speaking they operate more than games now
  11. plus MS has a Japan studio now
  12. lol Tango Gameworks
  13. that too also bear in mind people fantasizing about SEGA being bought by MS are forgetting do you want SEGA to die like it almost did in the 2000s? History should never be left to repeat itself.
  14. Capcom, afaik, is publically traded too. Konami is also something like BNE and SEGA. Konami, however, focuses on spa resorts as their secondary businesses.
  15. Japan has anti-buyout laws. Not happening anytime soon. That and game like SEGA or BNE are publically traded companies that have more than a gaming division. BNE (Bandai-Namco Entertainment) owns an entire subset of entertainment venues and anime studios / IPs. SEGA has a CGI workhouse and much the same. Both also produce physical goods like figurines too. Buying either would be a bigger net loss than the Disney-Fox merger.
  16. it has a bit of Devil Trigger's melody mixed in at the end
  17. `It's here.`
  18. Bury the Light (lyrics WIP take 2): > Taken all that won't surrender > The truth revealed in eyes of amber > We fight through fire and ice forever > Two souls, one slice and now they remember > > I am the storm that is approaching > Provoking black clouds in isolation > I am the reclaimer of my name > Born in flames > I have been blessed > Within the crescent of the demon of death figured out the lyrics I think
  19. anyone want to help me out with something so I'm listening to the DMCVSE trailer song trying to figure out the lyrics (WIP): > Take them all that won't surrender > The truth revealed in eyes of amber > We fight through fire and ice forever > Two souls, one slice and now they remember > > I am the storm that is approaching > Black clouds and ice ??? > I am the reclaimer of my name > Born in flames > I am approaching > The crescent demon of death I got a good part of it but I'm trying to figure out the rest
  20. I was thinking more Dragon's Dogma with old FF job stylings Suzuki worked on DD and I can already see a bit of its influence.
  21. It did not occur to me. How much of Matsuno lives on through the XIV team.
  22. I just realized that the kid (Joshua) and a lot of this game has similar elements as Vagrant Story. Wow
  23. Huh, Vergil's vocal theme(?) in 5SE sounds like the Shall Never Surrender singer from 4.
