They made xehanort have high magic stats, made a enemy immune to physical, and most cards are physical so chances you get magic are already pretty low and there are magic cards only avaiable in draw tickets, splitting them more like...

I finished all two stars challenge and I can finally auto Agrabah two stars with a level 19 though its a lucky roll if a stromg enemy comes with me on low health so its not yet guaranteed
