They were annouced together/around same time and were to be seperate universes that used the shared FNC mythos as their foundation. This remained true of Agito and FF13. FFVS13 ended up leaving the FNC franchise entirely as far as lore went and retained only thematic elements from it that were used in FFXV

war between nations, the taking/destroying of their crystals etc

Which makes sense cos the early interviews for FFVS13 plot and lore and background match up with what we got in Agito/Type-0

Yaah alot of stuff from VS13 was put into Agito/Type-0 according to devs iirc

4 shouldn't have that issue

FF vs13 also got held back cos of engine problems. Crystal Tools could not do and handle what devs wanted for the game

He hasn't had that long with Tron Ares dev in any case

Like Frozen was decided before release and 3 didn't release for another 6 years

4 is likely not going to feature Tron at all due to sheer amount of characters and sub-plots already in action and cos Ares only came last year. 4 should have its world selection done and being worked on by then unless Nomura got an early look at the movie a good enough while earlier and chose to insert it into 4 prior to worlds being finalized

But its very unlikely they would do a live video call at D23 for the reasons mentioned

Cos the time difference is 16 hours between Anaheim and Tokyo - SE people would be late evening/night and asleep prob when D23 is on potentially

Thing is - why would SE be at D23 at all unless its via pre-recorded video message

The leaker is suppposedly giving SE till D23 to bring up ML and then afterward will leak the secret ending of it.

There is a description of the supposed secret ending out there but I have doubts on its validity based on the description

Likely wouldn't be. As Noleen said, they prob hacked a server or got them from Q and A server years ago according to a post about it on 4chan
