If you want brutal honesty (which most don't) then I'm fairly certain Square considers KH 'niche' because it doesn't sell as well as FF or DQ or Nier or their other 'successful' franchises. So because of that... I can absolutely see them wanting to end the franchise ASAP

Unless the KH franchise ends at KH4 (which I doubt) then yes I fully expect someone else to run KH5 to KH6 assuming the franchise gets that far of course

At the end of the day... 'they are two different teams hurr hurr' is a joke ass excuse. Nomura is [i]literally one person[/i]. He has not shown (to my knowledge at least but obviously I could be wrong) he can work on multiple things at once. This is why the general speculation (and even expectation at this point) has been that FF7 Remake has to all be out and done before KH4 comes out. I still believe this is, unfortunately whether we like it or not, the case. So yes I doubt the game will actually be in our hands until 2028 or later 💀 But if it makes you feel better or helps you sleep at night... it's just how literally only I feel

Fire Force S3 cour 2 has begun and is also getting the 'same day simuldub' treatment. I legit can't remember if cour 1 got that or not but it's not relevant or important I guess. Another great start thus far and yet another franchise I will sincerely miss once it's gone ☹️

I had fun with the game. At times. Sort of. However... outside of the new Pokemon themselves... this might be the [b]WORST[/b] Pokemon game I've played since Sun/Moon (yes I said it and I will never feel differently about this). But the whining, complaining, 'negative user score' bull shit... isn't going to do a god damn thing. Gen 10 will be no different. Please realize this. But clearly... nobody is ever going to learn. Clearly. Personal score: 6.5/10 (2/2)

Pokemon Scarlet, and it's DLC, has finally been completed to my liking. Believe it or not, I'm going to start with the positive. Because there isn't a lot of it. The new Pokemon. I pretty much liked them [b]ALL[i][/i]. Even the Paradoxes/Regional fakes. Pokemon games are never about it's characters mostly. Arven and the Professor are probably the best ones character and development wise. The DLC stories are [/i]much[/i] better than the main game. Which is honestly kind of sad. Area Zero is really the only good, and the best, area in the game. But it's [/i]one[/i] area. However... just because the story at the end of the main game is good (and it is) doesn't make up for the rest of the game being too 'same-y'. Too much of the same with nothing different. It's 80% 'same-y' and 20% good. Even if you take the DLC into account for me the percentage would only go to 60% 'same-y' and 20% good. Which is the higher percentage? It's 'A Dragon Ball Daima situation' (sorry not sorry). Are the graphics a downgrade from Sw/Sh? Yes they are. But again everyone seriously needs to realize Pokemon games aren't about the graphics. Still though this might be the [/b]WORST[/b] I've seen a Pokemon game. The framerate is just as bad as was claimed. The pop-in is somehow worse than Sonic Frontiers ([/b]YIKES[/b]) and things would go from 'the void' to existing or being [/i]incredibly[/i] stretched to normal. Pokemon were sent to the backrooms as well (in walls). Gameplay was exactly what I expected. Not sure what everyone else was expecting tbh. I didn't struggle mostly. But Hassle and his Baxcalibur needs to be nerfed and [/i][/i]I SERIOUSLY WANT SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THEY ARE STILL PUTTING METAGAME COMPETITIVE BULL SHIT NONSENSE[/b] in single player (in Indigo Disk specifically). For fucks sake get that fucking shit out. Not everyone want to transition to competitive Pokemon. What a fucking concept. (1/2)
