Grind Wisdom in the beginning of TWTNW, where all those Shadows spawn, but make sure that you haven't gone deep into the Castle, because they turn into Nobodies instead once you have.

Let's see here... She spends ten entire years in Dark World fighting off Shadows on a constant basis, not knowing that everything she did to save Terra was basically futile, gets smacked around by ASoD with ease, is quickly corrupted, freedfrom said corruption only to get her shit pushed in by Vanitas with no issues at all. Keyblade Master, btw. They treated her like complete trash in KH3.
