Okay, has anyone seen the latest trailer for Final Fantasy XVI? I have and I'm not sure how I feel about it. I just hope I don't feel drained and disinterested in playing the game after beating its story.

They would be writing the script alongside Oka (who has been credited as scenario writer since Dream Drop Distance).

I think Nomura mentioned her in an interview after IV was announced.

I thought the new script writer was a woman.

Sora clearly needs a different motivator...

What role do you guys think Kairi will have? Personally, I hope Kairi gets much more screentime with the cast. That way, we can learn who SHE is as a person, especially independent from Sora.

Sora in Kingdom Hearts IV.

What exactly are your hopes for Kingdom Hearts IV? As of now, I think I want a compelling story that brings me back into the series. I mean, I will still draw fanart and check on Twitter. But my enthusiasm for playing the games isn't as strong as it used to be.
