I think Jack Garland is a good pick. He gives "Garland" a lot of potential story routes. Far more than the previous Garlands outside FFI/Dissidia. Haven't gotten far with any of the other listed spin-off games. Never got to play DoC. Honestly, I would like for more than one "Garland" to be in Kingdom Hearts. Regular, Jack, and an original Garland unique to the KH series.

Interesting that Sora's eye is open. Usually in the Awakening (not counting ReMind's additional stations for Aqua, Terra, Roxas, Xion, and Riku), the focal character has their eyes shut as if asleep. This is the case for the original Kingdom Hearts stations, as well as Sora, Ventus and Vanitas.

Brain must have experienced some sort of culture shock after whatever happened between him and Luxu. Although culture shock probably doesn't exist in the Keyblade wielders' dictionary.
