the reason why we aren't getting any updates is cause the game is stuck in overproduced hell and is taking forever to make whatever kind of mechanics they're fitting in + the extremely high-fidelity graphical style have probably ballooned the game's development cycle we might get news at TGA but it's not coming out till the end of 2026 earliest
