Just look at any American retailer and you'll see they're still using the placeholder cover for 2.8 still. I'm assuming we'll probably have to wait for the information this winter.

They will put it in. The cover art they revealed is what we will get.

They haven't done it yet, it takes awhile.

The NA Boxarts always omit the Japanese text underneath the logo, as well as swapping out the rating, so retailers will update with the finalized cover eventually.

I get the process of how they handle cover art. I'm simply trying to spark a conversation as to WHEN, thanks.

Well, I'm sure that by December, the retailers will show the cover art of the game instead of the placeholder cover, ya know?  It's only a matter of time!
