Xehanort reports help

Ok so last time you guys said that I need to collect all the xehanort reports in order to unlock the secret ending correct? Well, can you guys tell me where to collect ALL of them with Terra, Aqua, and Ventus? And another thing I want to know. I thought that you only had to collect them all if you are doibng standard and begginer mode, I didn't know you still have to collect them in proud too. So if you have to collect them in proud do you also have to collect them in critical mode too?

In order to unlock the Final Episode in any difficulty setting, you must obtain all of the Xehanort Letters and Reports. For Terra, they are as following:

Terra:

Xehanorts Report 2 | Prize for defeating Braig in Radiant Garden

Xehanorts Report 5 | Prize for defeating "Sinister Sentinel" in the Mirage Arena

Xehanorts Report 8 | Prize for defeating Master Eraqus

Xehanorts Report 11 | Prize for defeating the Final Boss of Keyblade Graveyard

Aqua:

Xehanorts Report 3 | Found in Merlins House, in the chest

Xehanorts Report 4 | Recieved after speaking with Yen Sid in the Mysterious Tower

Xehanorts Report 6 | Prize for defeating the boss of Enchanted Dominion

Xehanorts Report 7 | Prize for defeating the boss of Keyblade Graveyard

Ventus:

Xehanorts Letter | Recieved after leaving Land of Departure

Xehanorts Report 1 | Found in Deep Space on the "Launch Deck", in a chest on the highest level.

Xehanorts Report 9 | Recieved after the Destiny Islands event

Xehanorts Report 10 | Prize for defeating the boss of Keyblade Graveyard

Xehanorts Report 12 | Found in a chest in Keyblade Graveyard, in the "Seat of War" area.

I can't find the chest in the seat of war. For ventus

When you get to the seat of war. Do not go further into the twister trench. Turn around and go the other way!

Inside the same area of the Seat of War, there is a large, empty field with only two chests and a sticker. The sticker can just be grabbed up like nothing. And the chests contain an elixir, and the twelfth Xehanort report. Its not that hard!
