as much as i'm upset about this, it's probably for the best. pitting Gravity Rush 2 up against FFXV and The Last Guardian would not have been a good idea. the game would have gotten wrecked. at least now it's got more of a chance to sell well.

at least we're getting the story DLC for free now.

No problem buddy. It's not like you have nothing to play. The Last Guardian and Final Fantasy XV is just around the corner and Kingdom Hearts II.8 is coming and I bet you will not have finished FFXV by there.

Sony did a great moving by delaying it because the game would get lost in the middle of such great titles. Gravity Rush is a nice game and deserves a proper date.

I mean, unlike the usual "we announced the release date but totally weren't ready", this is a hilariously explicit "we want this game to sell better". Call me cynical, but I appreciate that rather than some technical excuse.

I would much rather have games delayed for quality than have them rushed out the door prematurely.

I'm honestly fine with the delay. They had no other choice given the other titles that had releases around it. I just hope Sony market the game somewhat and that it doesn't get lost when it does eventually release. I mean now it's coming out around games like Resident Evil 7, Yakuza 0 and of course Kingdom Hearts, which is much better.

Unless you like all those titles and your wallet hates you of course.
