Mafia 2 was very cheap on steam so I've been playing that recently and I love it. I want to get Mafia 3 also, and all the PC fanboys are complaining about how M3 doesn't run at 60fps-who cares? If it did it would be like playing on turbo mode or super speed. The game looks gorgeous and I'm sure it plays like a charm.

don't worry about the 60fps deal, they realesed a patch today so you can play it in 30fps, 60fps or Unlimated and it runs smoothly with it. the cutscene's are still in 30fps but that doesn't really matter

My game hasn't had any of those wacky as hell issues. o.o Just small sometimes noticeable graphical clippings and what not, but even The Witcher 3 has those. I'm enjoying the game heavily on PC, despite the optimization problems (where you can't get the game to run with a solid 60fps or higher with the patch. The problem seems to be varied system to system. Some can run it fine, others not so much. Similar to the Batman Arkham Knight issues.) It does run at a smooth 30fps which does pretty much seem like that's what they solely optimized for. So i'm just going to keep it at 30 fps until they release more patches and optimize it more. I don't mind. 

 

Nonetheless I like the game a lot, i'm having a ton of fun, I love everything about it. I can't wait to see how they improve upon the game with fixes/patches, expansions and planned additions.
